Excellent hotel in an excellent location in Caorle. Franco was super nice!

Excellent location, close to everything, especially the central part of Caorle. The staff are professional, courteous, and work really hard to make everyone's stay hospitable and easy. Special shoutout to Franco for his friendliness and always making himself available to help, or just greet you on the way in/out :) Parking was a breeze, and you seriously could not pick a better location: Close to the centro storico, the mercato on Saturdays, and the beach (any day of the week). Just park your car in their lot, leave it there, and you can easily walk or bike everywhere in Caorle and Port Santa Margerita.

Superb

Absolutely amazing location! Maybe the best location in Caorle, you can walk to the seashore, you can walk downtown. From the rooftop you can see the harbor and whole city. Really nice place to be. And the personal there - super helpful, super nice guys.

Maybe bigger places to park but obviously you are nearby downtown so you cannot expect parking lot size like in front of mall. But it is doable over all.

The hotel and staff are just amazing! Friendly, supportive and made a great impression! We came aerlier, and we could check-in immediately, without any problem. The room was big enough for 3 of us, comfortable and clean! 10min walk to the center and aprox 10min to the beach! On the way to the beach you can admire the City Center spirit and architecture. This was our first stay at Cleofe and Caorle, but impressed us so much that we will definitely come back.

Great location in the center just few minutes walk from the beach with easy access and comfortable parking to make trips with friends. Very nice and relaxed hotel which is on contrary with hectic holiday resorts. Very clean comfortable rooms with balcony. Our junior suite came with nice and great spacious shower, bidet and window. Hotel staff was welcoming, helpful and nice with typical italian friendlines, atmosphere and hospitability. Hotel as a whole was nice relaxed zone. Breakfast was delicious with hot dishes made on demand placed day before and served freshly prepared which made breakfast even more relaxed. We were on a trip with friends and couldn't choose better hotel.

Value for money

Good location, very close to the walking streets, not too far from beach (easy walk). Breakfast option list available in tourist local language. Room is comfortable and clean. Small bar close to reception.

Second day breakfast was slow. They forgot to give us the breakfast option list to choose from so we started having no prepared table. It was solved fast. Then the lady delivering the drinks was fully overloaded and we have already finished breakfast and waited some to get our coffee/tee. The staff is kind and fast, it was more a bit of loosing track.

Hotel is very well located in the center of the town, beach and restaurants are very close. Rooms are cleaned with balcony. Staff was very kind and cleaned the rooms every day. Hotel has private parking which is important as parking in town is quite complicated.

Great comfy and clean room with big balcony. Amazing location, parking and we borrowed bikes for bike-trip. Franco was always helpful.

Great stay

Charming/cool hotel with a great location steps from the city center and only a few minutes from the beach. Quiet considering the central location. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a “served buffet” due to Corona and it was very well managed. Will definitely stay again.

The only critique point would be that the WiFi didn’t really work.

Top Hotel in Caorle

Great location near old town of Caorle and the beach. You have the chance to reach very nice coffeeshops and restaurants by feet. The coffee at the breakfast was delicious. On the roof terrace you get an amazing overwiew of Caorle. The stuff was always very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean, and beds are comfy. We will come back hopefully soon. :)

Tolles Hotel, tolles Personal und tolle Lage!

Die Lage ist super direkt am Hafen und Zugang zum Zentrum. Der Strand ist zu Fuss nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das gegenüberliegende Restaurant, bei dem man als Hotelgast Ermässigung bekommt ist ein Geheimtipp!

Das Fitnessstudio war etwas klein. Eigentlich nur ein Stepper, ein Multifunktionsgerät und zwei Kurzhanteln. Für ein bisschen Sport im Urlaub ist ein Strandlauf am Meer aber sowieso die bessere Wahl! Wir hatten ein 4- Bettzimmer. Dies war ein hochwertiges, bequemes Doppelbett und eine Ausziehcouch. Die Ausziehcouch war leider nicht ganz so bequem.

Polecam gorąco Hotel Cleofe.

Śniadania były smaczne, urozmaicone i wystarczająco duże dla każdego. Forma częściowego bufetu zimnego plus indywidualny wybór dań z karty ( również na ciepło) jest dobrą formą podania śniadania z uwagi na niemarnowanie żywności. Hotel jest bardzo przytulny, zadbany, świetnie położony w samym centrum Caorle i niedaleko plaży. Personel życzliwy i pomocny dla gości.

Minden a leírtaknak megfelelő, nagyszerű elhelyezkedés, kiváló reggeli, nagyon kedves személyzet🥰 Tisztaság mindenhol. Kérésre ingyenesen bicikli, napágy - napernyő a parton széffel,10Eur/nap. Ha legközelebb erre járunk csakis itt szállunk meg. Maximálisan ajánljuk!

Nagyon pozitív, jól éreztük magunkat és szivesen visszatérnénk.

Tökéletes volt a központi lokáció, a reggeli megoldása, illetve a személyzet kedvessége is kiemelkedő volt. A szoba tiszta volt, az ágy kényelmes. Külön pozitívum a több környezetbarát megoldás, például a vízzel feltölthető kulacs és hogy amennyiben nem kérünk takarítást, ültetnek egy fát.

Egyedül két apró kényelmetlenséget tapasztaltunk. A zuhanykabinban nem volt semmilyen szappantarto vagy bármi, amire a tusfürdőt lehetett volna tenni, így a tusolás kicsit kényelmetlen volt. Illetve a szobában mindössze 1 nem olasz L típusú dugalj volt, az is a fürdőben, így az elektronikus eszközök töltése kicsit problémás volt, mivel a telefon- és laptop töltőnk se volt ezzel kompatibilis. Sajnos először nyaraltunk Olaszországban, nem készültünk adapterrel.

Sehr zentrale Lage - ein paar Schritte ins Zentrum und zum Strand (und doch ruhig). Gutes Frühstückskonzept mit kleinem Büffet für trockene Lebensmittel und Getränke. Frischprodukte durften à la carte bestellt werden. So wurde foodwaste so gut wie möglich verhindert. Toller Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse. Zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Für italienische Verhältnisse sehr grosszügiges Zimmer, Bad und Balkon. Modern und sehr sauber. Privatstrand mit günstigen Standliegen.

Biztosan visszatérek még a családommal :)

A hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, a központhoz közel, kb. 5 perc séta, a tenger kb. 10-15 perc. A parkolás saját parkolóban (kicsit szűkös, de ügyes sofőrök megoldják) megoldott. A reggelit mindig előző nap kellett kiválasztani egy megadott lista alapján. Magyar nyelven tudtuk kiválasztani, ez nagyon kedves gesztus a hoteltől. A választék bőséges, többféle péksütemény, különböző módon elkészített tojásételek, gyümölcssaláta, többféle sajt, sonkák, zöldségek. Minden nagyon finom és kiadós volt. Lehetett saját kulacsba vizet önteni, ez nagyon tetszett, környezetbarát megoldás. A reggelinél a két felszolgáló hölgy nagyon kedves volt. A szoba takarítása is megfelelő volt. A hotel “tetején”, a 4.emeleten volt a jakuzzi (nem próbáltuk ki), gyönyörű kilátással. Születésnapi ajándék ( üveg bor) magyar nyelven feliratozva -boldog születésnapot- illetve gyermeknek az utolsó napon édességcsomag.

A szobában a fekete tea hiányzott (kamilla tea filter volt csak), mivel én nagy fekete teás vagyok, ez kicsit hiányzott. De ez a “hiányosság” eltörpül a sok jó mellett.

Wspaniały pobyt

Dla nas było mega fajnie .Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy , panie z obsługi również. Dzieciaczki dostały miły upominek przed powrotem do domu . Duża zaletą jest lokalizacja, ponieważ wszędzie jest blisko.

Nie było się do czego przyczepić , pobyt oceniamy pozytywnie. Lokal zgodny z ofertą bookingu .

Läget. Fri parkering innanför bom. Trevlig och serviceminded personal.

Överprisat. Toadörren gick inte att stänga ordentligt. Luktade avlopp från badrummet. Ventilationen i badrummet mullrade jättehögt och konstant. Pytteliten portion av egg & bacon till frukosten.

Vyborna lokalita v blizkosti centra, blizkost plaze, Franco mily a ustretovy.Personal srdecny,mily a ochotny. Pobyt bol v duchu rodinnej atmosfery.Rano vyborna kavička-aku sme chceli podla nasho vyberu.Dostali sme tipy na 2 restauracie,kde sme mali zlavy,vzhladom na ubytovanie v Cleofe hotely.

Trochu maksie matrace na posteliach,ale inak vsetko sa nam pacilo.

Vše naprosto úžasné, hotel předčil naše očekávání, poloha v centru, parkování, úžasné domácí snídaně jako od babičky, vybavení a opravdu vstřícný a nápomocný personál hotelu... moc děkujeme za skvělé zážitky a rádi se v budoucnu vrátíme...

Zwei Tage in einem sehr angenehmen Öko-Hotel.

Sehr gute Lage gleich im Zentrum und doch einigermassen ruhig. tolle Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool. Sehr angenehmes Frühstück ohne masslose Hamsterei am Buffet, weil man am Vorabend seine Wünsche auf eine Liste setzt und dann an den Tisch serviert erhält. Ein echtes Öko-Hotel. Auch unsere Velos erhielten eine gute und sichere "Unterkunft".

Eigentlich echt super

Die Balkontrennwände zum Nachbarn hin enden vor dem eigenen Badezimmer-Fenster, sodass diese sich dann auf den Nachbar-Balkonen befinden. Das bietet nicht wirklich Privatsphäre.

Top für einen Kurztrip

Uns hat besonders der unglaublich freundliche Empfang gefallen. Stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Teil des Frühstück (extra Obst / Gemüse / Eierspeisen,...) können am Vortag bestellt werden. Find ich super, da so Wartezeiten vermieden werden. Bio - Feühstück mit gutem Brot. Zimmer war super, großer Balkon und sehr sauber. Da wir spontan buchten, gab es nur noch ein Familienzimmer. (für 4 Personen) Als dies der Chef bei der Abrechnung merkte, entschuldigte er sich mit einer Flasche Wein mit der Anmerkung, nächstes Mal anzurufen, dann mache er einfach ein 2 Bett Zimmer zu einem Preis für 2 Personen. Diese Vorgehensweise schätze ich sehr, da dies nicht mehr (oft) vorkommt. Nächster Pluspunkt: Gratis Parkplatz beim Hotel und mitten in Caorle.
