it was not that clean and the jacuzzi was also not very clean. It was ok but I don’t think it deserves 4 stars.

The environment around the pool was terrible, the pool chairs were placed in sand or mud, so the whole pool was dirty. the environment around the pool was not arranged at all, so the whole area looks messy and did not provide an opportunity to enjoy. In the Bloom restaurant, the man who was in charge of paying for the orders, behaved unprofessionally. He arbitrarily kept the change from the bill regardless of how much you told him to charge and regardless of whether you had already left a tip. Such behavior is an insult to the guests. You have to pay for parking at the hotel and you have to pay to use a sunbed on the beach, despite the fact that the hotel has stated that it has a private beach and its own parking lot. It is impermissible for a hotel in which the price is 400 euros per night, to additionally charge a parking fee of 10 euros per day and 10 euros for a sunbed on the allegedly private beach of the hotel. Overall, the hotel is too expensive for the services it offers and is not worth the money

Our stay in Caorle and in the hotel was gorgeous and absolutele recommended for families.

The room was pretty spacious and clean, we had everyhing we needed. The breakfast was rich and delicous, all dishes was refilled and even at the end of the breakfast interval we had everything we needed. Location was very good, close (10 minutes walk) to the old town and also next to the beach.

Maybe the sand in the pool area could be grass, concrete or something different from sand. Much cleaner feeling for us and for the kids as well. Bill hadnling (for the ordered goods) in the pool area can be something like you have in the bar where you need to double check and sign all your orders to avoid confusions.

all night the sound of running water through the pipes. the water did not flow from the faucet/shower for the vast majority of the stay very cold in the room. very thin blanket. main light in the room not working. room 424 is the closest to the elevator... noise in the room (elevator).

Breakfast was fantastic. Front desk staff was wonderful! Location was amazing!

Parking was beyond stressful. They have their own closed off parking area but there was NO open spots for us. I think staff should do a better job monitoring the open availability before sending guests back. We ultimately got stuck because there was no space to turn it back out.

The hotel is next to the beach

The staff were not friendly, almost all of them did not speak English(the lady in restaurant did not know what is the fork). They charge you for everything(even the beach towels), the “minibar” that should exist in 4+ hotel or the laundry service - non existent. The fridge was not working.Once I was picking up the plate during breakfast and it was dirty (during covid!!!) and same applies to tables during breakfast , rooms( we got a room with some garbage in the shower) and beach. Afterwards we moved to the 5 star property and it was worth the price with was around 25€ more expensive. I am allergic to shellfish but due to the fact that there are no notes on the food I once got the pasta with seafood and needed to run for my epipen. Instead of romantic getaway we got a package full of challenges.

Not good value for the money paid

Overall the staff is very slow and not very friendly. I was there one week with my husband and my 3 months old son and despite the fact we clearly put the “do not disturb” sign, the cleaning stuff was keeping entering into the room causing the baby to wake (this happened almost every day). Breakfast was supposed to be served from 7:30 to 10am but once they were not ready before 7:45 and another day they stopped making coffees at 9:25 (no explanation given). The level of the food served at the restaurant downstairs is also quite low (they served us a cotoletta that was almost raw) and the service is super slow. Overall not the experience you expect after the amount of money spent and from a 4* hotel

We have booked a 4 bed room for a family of 4 people. The room was not ready by 3 pm as promised and then we figured out that we got only a 3 bed room after seeing the room! They ‘forgot’ to tell at check in That we have only a smaller room vs we paid… When we got back to reception they said they are fully booked and they can give the room we paid only the day after! No compensation, but if we want they can bring an additional bed into the room though it is hard to fit in because of the room size….. … next day at 11 am when we went to the reception to buy sunbeds - it is not included in the roomprice- they said we have to move out from the room before 3 pm otherwise we can not have the room we paid for… they did not tell this deadline the evening before and we already had a prepaid waterprogram which we could not change… and we got back to the hotel at 3 pm… the cleaning ladies left so we had to stay another night in the small room… At that point we asked for the manager… they said it is our fault…. The staff and the manager has zero customer focus, they keep arguing and blaming the customer. We left earlier vs planned…. Think twice before booking this hotel! And do not pay before seeing the room!!!

Fantastic breakfast! The location is clean and the staff is professional.

It is an hotel for foreign customers so, for example, there is not all italian channels on TV. The balcony was a little dirty and there is few car parks.

Very nice and clean rooms, newly designed. A lot of space in the room. Breakfast really tasty and rich. Parking ok, luckily we arrived quite soon, it was full after some time (Saturday night during July, so no surprise)

The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the beach. The rooms are very spacious and very modern. The balcony is amazing, because you have a view of the beach. The pool area is nice.

Very good

The staff was really nice and always ready to answer all of our questions and doubts. The room and the bathroom were clean and towels were changed every day. The spa was the best part of the hotel, just a little small, but with everything a spa would need. Excellent view of the sea in front of us, a pity not being able to see it from our room. In general, we had an excellent stay, very recommended!

Super Lage direkt am Strand. Saubere Zimmer mit schönem Meerblick. Personal freundlich.

Der angegebene Kühlschrank ist eine Minibar, welche gar nicht funktioniert hat. Trotz zweimaliger Reklamation bei der Rezeption wurde sie nicht repariert. Der Aufzug ging mindestens die Hälfte des Aufenthaltes nicht, was im 3. Stock durchaus nervig ist. Die Pizza im hauseigenen Restaurant war nahezu ungenießbar. Respekt dafür in Italien. Das alles ist für 4 Sterne Superior schon recht enttäuschend.

Gute Lage

Beim Checkin hatte man uns komplett ignoriert. Standen alleine vor dem Mitarbeiter, dieser hob einmal den Kopf, sah uns an und schüttelte nur den Kopf. Ohne Begrüßung. Unsere Pässe wurden kopiert, was absolut nicht erlaubt ist. Noch dazu liegen diese Kopien offen und gut einsehbar für alle herum. Auch die anderer Gäste konnten wir deutlich einsehen. Haben das Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Aber die Antwort war ein saloppes „Ich arbeite nur hier und stelle das nicht in Frage“ Im selben Hotel gibt es unterschiedliche Preise für Getränke. Oft 1-2€ unterschied.

Gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl Hotel liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade

Hotel ist billig gebaut und eingerichtet, eher 3*Hotel. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart, das Kopfkissen auch unbequem. Der Frühstückssaal ist sehr laut. Hohe Zusatzkosten: € 10,- Parkgebühr/Tag und € 18,- für Liegestuhl + Schirm Beides darf am Abreisetag nicht mehr benützt werden.

A reggeli kiváló , minden igényt kielégítő volt. Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, rövid sétával elérhető az óváros . A szoba kényelmes, tiszta.

Aufenthalt Marina Place - Caorle

Die Moderne Hotelanlage mit allen erdenklichen Kleinigkeiten wie dem Fitnessraum und den Schaukel Bänken beim Pool. Auch das Spa war sehr schön. Das Housekeeping Team war sehr nett und hat Ihren Job super gemacht. Alles in allem war es immer sehr Sauber. Für Kaffee Liebhaber wird in der Früh der Kaffee auch von einem Barista Angeboten.

- Obwohl das Hotel erst vor kürzerer Vergangenheit Komplett renoviert wurde merkt man jetzt schon einige Anzeichen eines "Abgelebten" Hotels. Teilweise sind Kleinigkeiten kaputt : Schiene bei der Duschwand - was das einfache öffnen etwas schwierig gestaltet Wandverkleidung ist verschoben und ragt in den Raum rein Eine von zwei Wasserliegen im Spa ist defekt um nur einige zu nennen. - Bei uns im Zimmer ist jeden Tag mindestens einmal die Klimaanlage ausgefallen. Zwischendrin betruff der Ausfall den Ganzen dritten Stock. Nachdem wir das Problem bei der Rezeption gemeldet hatten, wurde es jedes Mal behoben, bis dann halt einen Tag später das selbe passiert ist. Der Fehler "E20" ist dem Hotel schon bekannt denn noch gibt es keine Nachhaltige Lösung. So scheint es zumindest. Ein Teil des Personals war sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Alle Mitarbeiter waren immer nett, dennoch könnte man bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel etwas mehr von dem Personal erwarten vor allem weil sie der direkte Kontakt-Punkt für die Gäste sind. Fazit: Grundsätzlich könnte man über die kaputten Kleinigkeiten hinwegsehen, noch mehr als über das Problem mit der Klimaanlage wäre es nicht ein 4 Sterne Hotel bei dem man schnell man über 100€ Pro Nacht inkl Frühstück (Ohne Parken(10€ pro Tag) & Ohne Strandplatz (10-18€ pro Tag)) ausgibt. Überwiegend kann man das Personal schon postive bewerten allerdings erwartet man im Vergleich mit anderen 4 Sterne Hotels eventuell doch einen Höheren Standard. Das Frühstückt bietet für jeden was und macht garantiert Satt allerdings darf man kein Gurmetbuffet erwarten. Es war ein nettes Erlebnis welches mich mir mit durchaus Gemischten Gefühlen in Erinnerung bleiben wird.
