Originally the price was good but I was charged twice because it was all computeeized. The person I called was not helpful whatsoever

Not in very good condition. The pillows were horrible, bed was not comfortable, toilet was nearly against the wall and my leg touched the wall when sitting on it and the noise it made after flushing was horrible. The elevator did not work. Absolutely no help from the person on the phone.

Comfy beds, in a clean room in a very cost effective hotel close to the centre of town.

It was an excellent, well located, cost effective hotel. The staff were very pleasant and one of the cleaning ladies spoke some English and made us very welcome, She is a credit to the hotel,, and certainly helps when thinking about the stay.

There was a noisy machine going off occasionally which may have been a macerator for a toilet? The check in machine was confusing, fortunately a very helpful member of staff came and completed our arrival procedures.

My bed was giving cracking noises all the time I turned at night. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom.

a big mistake coming there

Unbelievably bad service! There was no way to contact the hotel (emails were followed by generated messages and the phone number was inactive). When I arrived I found that my room could not be locked from the inside. As a woman travelling alone I found this extremely uncomfortable. Also I could not turn off the air conditioning the whole time. Every time I turned it off, it would automatically turn on again. Turning it off completely was only possible digitally through the computer of the receptionist. The reception is only staffed for a few hours in the morning, so I had no one to turn to (remember the phone number is inactive). The air conditioning and the noise made it almost impossible to sleep. When I told the receptionist the next day about my problems the night before, he just said "that doesn't sound like a big problem to me, as you took the room and stayed there", which I didn't find very sympathetic. He didn't even say anything about the door locking problem. As I was there for business, I really would have needed this night of sleep. Unfortunately, I didn't get it at hotes venus. all in all, very bad :(

Großartiger Weihnachtsmarkt in Caorle, Zimmer sauber aber stinkig .

Die Nähe zum Wochenmarkt und zum Stadtzentrum war super!

Es gab auch vor 12Uhr kein Rezeptionspersonal - der Automat war schlecht programmiert und wollte Geld fürs 2. Zimmer obwohl vorab bezahlt. Nach mehreren Anrufversuchen half ein höflicher Mitarbeiter aus der Ferne und der Automat gab Zimmerkarten aus. Beim Öffnen der Tür zum Stiegenhaus schlug uns Verwesungsgeruch entgegen- leider rochen auch die Zimmer so… Der Baderaum war winzig - der Duschkopf kam einfach ohne Tasse oder Duschwänden oder Vorhang aus der Wand und regnete in Bidet und Waschbecken hinein. Wasserhahn des Waschbecken tropft die ganze Nacht. Mit Lüften, Räucherstäbchen und Raumduft ließ es sich aber gut aushalten.

Poco getto d'acqua con acqua poco calda, ho fatto la doccia e ho allagato il bagno con poca acqua calda. Tanta polvere e un brutto odore all'ingresso.. La porta della stanza non si poteva chiudere e un giorno il personale delle pulizie aprendola mi ha vista mentre mi cambiavo.. Anche se è una stella lo sconsiglio..

Najbardziej spodobało mi się rozwiązanie z automatem za pomocą którego można było się samemu zameldować. To świetne rozwiązanie!

Jedyne co to problematyczne było to, że zasłona pod prysznicem nie spełniała do końca swojej funkcji i niestety ale pół łazienki po każdej kąpieli było w wodzie. Było to trochę problematyczne ale nie było tak źle.

Hotel a pochi passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia; personale molto cordiale e disponibile; camera spaziosa e pulita. Al piano terra c'è il ristorante dell'hotel dove si può mangiare veramente molto bene a prezzi contenuti. Il personale del ristorante ti accoglie sempre con il sorriso, molto cordiale e disponibile. Esperienza più che positiva, ci torneremo sicuramente.

A konektor a fürdőben életveszélyes úgy hogy a zuhany mindent megtölt vízzel. Nem kaptunk pontos tájékoztatást a parkolással lapcsolatban a helyszínen, mert azt mondták ingyenes mindenütt a száloda utcájában pedig mem úgy van. Fizetni kell. Minket megbuntettek 61€.

Self check in, struttura in centro, parcheggio disponibile gratuito non lontano, economico

Il rumore assordante la mattina dalle 6-7 in poi… stanze adiacenti o sopra che sembrava stessero facendo il trasloco, spostamento di mobili, letti, sedie, un disastro!!!!! Impossibile dormire!!!! Zero insonorizzazione ma almeno fino alle 8 di mattina dovrebbe vivere il silenzio. Lenzuola trovate sporche.
