The most beautiful accommodation in Caorle.

"Perfect location, clean and modern apartment, everything very close, amazing place.If you want perfect accommodation in Caorle, this is the right place for a family with children. Plenty of hot tubs and pools.Near to the centrum, shops, restaurant, beach etc...Everything is very close, just a 3- 5 minute walk.

Just one thing to note – a resort of this size should have more washing machines and dryers. There were only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers in the entire resort. Sometimes we had to wait a long time because the machines were occupied. And when we finally managed to start our laundry, it seemed like guests from other apartments tried to stop the machine and take our clothes out so they could use it. But when they realized they couldn’t open it, they restarted the cycle, so our clothes ended up washing over and over again.

Apartment with great location

Good location , beach is a few steps away, surrounded by good restaurants but still quiet at night , big rooms, good and stable Wi-Fi and comfortable beds, great pools and jacuzzi , spectacular view to the sea, parking in the garage was easy

We have stayed in the deluxe apartment with 2 bathrooms, one of it was in the room and the WC was in the shower, found it very uncomfortable only with a glass wall and no door on it, there was not enough chairs for 5 in the balcony and we needed to take out the kitchen chairs and then we could not sit all at the dining table, bigger mugs were also not for 5, u need to manage garbage disposal but only one garbage bag provided, no kitchen towel, this is a pricey Appartmant so u would expect a bit more things for your comfort, otherwise our stay was good

The appartment is spacious and perfect for a family, there where 5 of us. The outdoor pool and lounge area is all you need. Are you the kind that like or even prefer the beach it is only a short walk away, but we preferred the resort area. Caorle itself is a tourist destination, loads of German and Austrian families.

excellent apartment in perfect location

perfect location (closed to the sea and also just 15-20 minutes walk from the historical area), lovely pool for kids and jacuzzi for relaxing, spacious apartment and extremely helpful and nice staff (I would like to mention Asia at the reception, she was absolutely professional and kind).

Private atmosphere and no overcrowding.

Very big rooms and 2 balconies. New electricity solutions. Very nice pool area (big pool for kids ca. 50/70 cm depth and separate 25 meter pool for parents), alway free sun beds availalbe.

TV in dedicated boxes (fancy design on the walls and ceiling) but I was not able to connect my apple TV and there were no netflix funcitioinallity.

- we had a nice garden apartment with a pool view. it was very clean and comfy ( as always) - the pool is perfect for children - close to the beach

- there was no possibility of earlier check in / even no possibility to use the pool (apparently due to Covid, however we saw that the pool facilities were not fully occupied at all. After coming back every year the last 7 years we would think one would be treated better. - you have to pay late check out of €50.- (incl. pool and parking) this is new since they've changed the new owner, - there was no bar at the pool and also no breakfast possibility this year ( probably also due to covid) - the house has changed the owner again.... we are very curious if the service will get better or worse.

Excellent residence for a holiday in Caorle, but price tag is in our opinion way too high.

Very nice, high-tech building, Location is very good, Swimming pools are great, Staff is very helpful, free bicycles service.

Value for money. Considering the price level we had higher expectations on the overall experience. Would have expected also beach access inlcuded in the price as many other residences/hotels have. Room had not been used for quite some time as A/C was out of order and water initially came out dirty and floor was not super clean.

To jest obiekt wysokiej klasy do wypoczynku wysokiej klasy.

Lokalizacja-bardzo blisko plaży ale jednocześnie spokojnie. Naokoło mnóstwo knajp i sklepów, do kościoła też nie jest daleko (Parrocchia di Santa Margherita). Na terenie obiektu dwa baseny (chłodny i ciepły) oraz cztery (!) jacuzzi. Chłodny basem na tyle duży że spokojnie można pływać. Uwaga! Zawsze są wolne leżaki, nie trzeba o nie walczyć jak w hotelach! Leżaki mają ruchomą przysłonę np. do ochrony twarzy przed słońcem. Przestronne apartamenty z klimatyzacją. A także przestronny taras z meblami i z pufą do leżenia, z widokiem na morze. Apartament ma przypisane własne miejsce na podziemnym parkingu, samochód zawsze w cieniu i bez ryzyka pobrudzenia żywicą jak na parkingach pod piniami. Do dyspozycji także darmowe rowery (w Caorle to normalny środek lokomocji, rower na ulicy nikogo nie dziwi). Pralnia dostępna w podziemiu, trzeba tylko mieć własne środki do prania. Marina Verde ma swoje miejsca na plaży - mimo że są płatne to i tak warto, ponieważ w sezonie ciężko jest dostać cokolwiek z wolnej ręki. Na parterze jest restauracja, można sobie tam załatwić śniadanie. Przy zakwaterowaniu otrzymamy kartkę z informacjami (polska wersja językowa), warto się z nią zaznajomić bo jest tam wszystko co potrzeba, np. jak działa klimatyzacja, gdzie jest ukryta suszarka do prania itp ;) Poza tym wszystkim, Marina Verde jest zwyczajnie ładnym, estetycznym budynkiem, nowoczesnym, z fajnym designem, z ładnie wkomponowaną zielenią. Myślę, że trudno znaleźć w Caorle inny obiekt takiej klasy.

Jedyne co bym poprawił to może większe łóżka.

Herrliche Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht.

Die Lage. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit (bei einem Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde sehr schnell reagiert und das Problem beseitigt)und freundlich. Sehr sauber. Die Poolanlage war für unsere Enkel das Highlight. Wunderschöne Terrasse und Ausblick.

Die Sessel waren sehr unbequem. Auf der Terrasse fehlen bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten.

Wohlfühlatmosphäre in guter Lage mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern

Die Lage von Marina Verde ist aufgrund der Nähe zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten der Stadt perfekt. Herauszuheben sind auch die außergewöhnlich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Auch die Ausstattung vom Zimmer, die Großzügigkeit der Terrasse bzw. Balkone und den großzügigen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Empfehlenswert ist auch das angeschlossene Restaurant/Bar mit gutem Essen oder Frühstück.

Die Ledercouch als Ausziehcouch und Schlafmöglichkeit ist zwar optisch ansprechend, für die Nutzung als Kinderschlafmöglichkeit ggf. aber etwas hart. Dennoch würden wir die Wohnung ein nächstes Mal gerne wieder buchen.

Schöne, moderne und saubere Anlage

Schöne, moderne und saubere Anlage. Die Wohnungen sind hell und freundlich gestaltet, der Balkon großzügig angelegt. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind mit Verdunklungsvorhängen ausgestattet und im Badezimmer stehen Pflegeprodukte zur Verfügung bereit. Es gibt verschiedene Pools, die sehr ansprechend sind, vor allem stehen auch mehrere Whirlpools zur Verfügung. Die Wohnungen sind mit elektronischen Sicherheitstüren versehen, der Zugang zur gesamten Anlage nur mit Keycards möglich. Jeder Wohnung ist ein bestimmter Parkplatz in der Garage zugeteilt.

Das "Schlafsofa" im Wohnzimmer ist optisch ansprechend, jedoch leider zum Schlafen nicht sehr bequem. Der Fernseher ist im Schlafzimmer an der Decke angebracht und in einen Spiegel integriert. Dieser Spiegel hat abgesehen von optischen Defiziten leider auch den Nachteil, dass der Sound gedämmt wird.

Tutto molto nuovo, appartamento molto comodo per la spiaggia.

Mancanza di tovaglie da mettere sul tavolo per mangiare, lavori rumorosi nella proprietà tutti i giorni (domenica inclusa) a partire dalle 8 di mattina, che combinati con la climatizzazione non funzionante, obbligavano a scegliere tra il rumore dei lavori o il caldo nell’appartamento. Non ho capito la doccia/ water in camera…
