Shower facilities are aging, hot water is not always available

The location was good, just 5 min to the beach. The water in the pool was warm. Apartment was clean and nice.

The sewage in the shower was a bit weak or stuck so the water did not run away properly.

Pool rules were written, but nobody seamed to follow them. Some disruptive children were running and jumping into pool splashing everybody and some from their parents head and shoulders.Some families were bringing large inflatable floats, that were taking half of the pool leaving them round the edge so it was impassable. Towels and bags were left on sunbeds from the early morning til the afternoon or evening when people would return when others don't have where to sit or lay during the daytime. Local teenagers and other people were coming from outside on mopeds and using pool with shoes not showered. They would take sunbeds and be quite disruptive in pool. People were smoking everywhere which was horrible for children. I would recommend lockable gates to access the pool area non smoking property or smoking only in dedicated areas. Pool supervisor at least from time from time to check that people are actually staying there. Beach wasn't great. We reserved private beach area with equipment in advance, but when we came they had forgotten our reservation and our umbrellas weren't even next to each other, they were behind each other. Reserved sunbeds were very far away from the sea it was very hot there. I wouldn't recommend you to pay for private beach area as you are able to put your blanket in front of sunbeds, close to the water on the same beach. Sea is very shallow, good for the children, but not ideal for the adults.

i found some hair on the shower’wall. Nothing particular, it happens sometimes!

A group of 6 or 7 men were at the pool every day, drinking alcohol from morning till night. Not a good scenario for families with little kids.

The apartment was modern. Relatively quiet place (family oriented) and 10 min walk from the beach. We had a lovely stay, but the checkin procedure is very messy (cleaning/room ready on time)

We had to wait 3 hours before getting into the apartment, with an 18-mo baby girl in scorching hot temperatures (mid-august!). No apologies, no other options (other than waiting in the lobby, which was crowded) and not even offering us refreshments on the house! This is appalling I'm afraid. The staff did what they could, -but no one explained us they were short on cleaning staff that day...

The location is perfect. A few hundred meters away from the beach and a short walk to the city center. The staff members were great and the pool was very good. It had a deeper section good for swimming and a kids section. There were always enough chairs around the pool. The beach is huge and the facilities there amazing (Restaurant, playground, soccer and volleyball pitches, enough space and umbrellas for an army. AC in the room was good, and absolutelly necessary.

Our shower drain clogged up and all water came running out to the bathroom and aisle floor. I had to clean it all up before calling reception. Then someone came rather quickly to fix the problem. The drainage kept making loud noises all the time though. This was annoying to sleep. The pillows were somewhat hard and flat.
