Nice personel at the reception, great location for city and beach break

Very nice host, great location just few steps from the beach and nice walk to the center. Would be nice to have possibility of brekfast, but anyway you can find it close to the hotel

Absolutely worth it!

The people that work here are super friendly! We had a great stay! You get bikes for free that you can use to travel faster from place to place! The Beach is only like a 1-2min walk away so you are super close! We recommend this place! The bartender was the best we loved having a few drinks at the bar and talking to him he was super friendly and funny! We loved it definitely booking with this hotel when we are coming back!

Decent and worth the money

the location of the hotel and the vicinity to the beach area is good! The room is clean and the towels are really only taken, if they are put on the floor. The hotel and AC is fairly quiet and the rooms seem to have been renovated recently

The pillows are not comfy and seem to be partly self-made. The bed was decent, but my mattress was worn out. The hotel personnel did not really understand/speak English nor german — kind of strange for a tourist hotel. the exterior of the hotel is in bad shape and does not seem to be maintained. The floor is not 100% straight - I kept having the feeling to be tilting in one direction and even the bathroom door would fall shut, if you did not block it

The hotel is close to the beach and to the historic city center. The updated rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff is very helpfull and nice. Everything is well-maintaned and clean. Hotel Splendid is our first choice when going to Caorle.

Location: close to beach and the only dance bar. All staff members were nice and helpful. Bicycles are free of charge for the trip to market or around the city.

Definitively missing the own restaurant. It is almost impossible to get a nice breakfast if you want more than a cup of coffee and a croissant. One is build at the moment, which makes it a bit noisy and dusty, but not really disturbing.

Very good

Having the option of an inexpensive but sufficient breakfast options on site was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was central to the activities and very near the beach.

The information on booking.com did not tell us that the pool was under reconstruction -- we were disappointed to find this out when we arrived. Also the toiletries that the hotel gave you were very limited --- shower wash for 1 day out of the 6 we stayed.

AMAZING

Everything was very good. The stuff was very freindly and flexible. They can speak English. The beach is near, so is the parking spot. No extra, hidden charges (except for the 2E/night/bed city tax as always in Italy).

Nærheten til alt: by, privat strand. Solstoler tilknyttet rommet. Imøtekommende personale. Muligheter for parkering innen 500 meter (betaling men helt ok pris) Rolig og fin by. Trivelig å rusle i gamlebyen.

Gute Unterkunft mit guter Lage zum Strand und in die Stadt

die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, die Lage zum Strand war optimal, nur über die Straße, und man war schell bei den Strandliegen, die im Zimmerpreis auch inbegriffen waren. Auch die Lage ins Ortszentrum war perfekt. Der Parkplatz war 10 Minuten entfernt, was aber kein Problem darstellt, da man bei der Lage des Hotels, man nicht aus der Ortschaft möchte, sowieso kein Auto benötigt. Das Hotel Leihräder, mit dem man einen schönen Ausflug zur nahegelegene Lagune machen konnte. Das Zimmer hatte sogar Meerblick und wurde immer gut geputzt.

Unser TV war ohne Funktion bzw. ohne Kanäle, auch nach Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde der Fehler nicht behoben. Es war zwar jemand am Zimmer der es reparieren wollte, aber es blieb bei den fehlenden Sendern.

Lage ist top -Zimmer sehr sauber und großzügig - das Personal an der Rezeption und auch das Reinigungspersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

das Etagere im Badezimmer ist schief und man kann nichts draufstellen weil alles herunterrutscht Die Matratze im Doppelbett ist leider zweigeteilt und die beiden Matratzen rutschen auseinander

Es war Strand Nähe. Es ist in der Nähe von der Altstadt und es liegt auf der Einkaufsstraße und man hört keinen Lärm

Weekend lungo in riva al mare

Abbiamo trascorso due piacevoli notti presso Hotel Splendid. La camera arredata a nuovo, pulita e luminosa, presenta buoni spazi e un bagno privato piuttosto grande. La posizione dell'Hotel è il punto forte: a due minuti dalla spiaggia (compreso nel prezzo ombrellone con due lettini) e vicinissima al centro di Caorle per la vita serale. È disponibile inoltre un parcheggio a pagamento poco distante dalla struttura (neanche 10 minuti a piedi). Il prezzo giornaliero è leggermente alto ma per un soggiorno breve ci può stare.

La stanza in poco tempo diventa molto calda pertanto è necessario dormire con l'aria condizionata accesa. Altra piccola nota: non è compreso il servizio colazione. Almeno una convenzione con qualche bar vicino potrebbe essere una bella idea.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Freundlicher Empfang, kompetentes und freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage, sowohl zum Meer als auch zu Geschäften, Bars, sowie zur Altstadt. Sehr saubere Zimmer.Der Strandplatz ist nur wenige Minuten vom Hotel entfernt und im Preis inbegriffen. Frühstücken kann man gleich in der Nähe in einer der Bars. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Lage perfekt! Wir konnten den Strandplatz und den Parkplatz auch noch für den Abreisetag buchen. Für einen Kurzurlaub genau richtig, wir hatten alles was man braucht! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Parkplatz ist ca 600m entfernt, was ein bisschen unpraktisch ist.

Lo consiglio

Siamo stati 2 notti il 31 maggio ed il 01 giugno 2025. Sicuramente la posizione centrale, il mare si trova a 3 minuti a piedi, il centro a meno di 10 minuti. Organizzazione hotel per quanto riguarda lettino ed ombrellone compresi nel prezzo. Prenotazione per conto del cliente del parcheggio (a pagamento) . Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. Unica pecca della nostra stanza è relativa all'odore un po' sgradevole del bagno, tipo ristagno acqua. Se dovessimo fare un altro week end ritorneremo sicuramente in questa struttura.
