Rooms are furnished with old furniture, bedding dusty, parlint 10 minutes away, pictures do mot describe the real state of the rooms.

Nice experience for one day trip, very family friendly place

The staff there is very friendly and welcoming, at the front desk they can speak fluently both Italian and German. The position is perfect for a day in the beach, if you get the chance to have a room facing the sea, the view is amazing, especially the sunrise. The breakfast was great, it ranges from local pastries of various size and tastes to more continental style like bacon&egg, bread and butter. It also offers fresh fruits, juices and coffee. Location is top, there are plenty of restaurants and even a store that sells miscellanous stuff (from cigarettes, clothes to toys, etc.. ) until 10:30pm. A reserved spot in the beach (in front of the hotel) is included with the hotel room, so you don't have to worry about it and it's very easy to reach.

Even though this is not hotel's fault, i must say that until midnight there were some loud music outside, feeling the bass shaking the windows, not a big deal but if you are early sleeper or with small kids, that could be an inconveniency. I've been there only for 1 night so not sure if it was only for that day or if it happens every night, or if it only affected my the room due the (less "sound-proof") bathroom window position. So, not the quiestest place in terms of location.

Private beach was nice and it’s in front of the beach

We booked for 3 and in the room found only towels for two. When we were sleeping the cleaners came in the room twice. We didn’t ask for the parking and they charged us

Sorry to say it, but we did not like anything at all. The ladies at the reception were not helpful and the communication was bad. The rooms we stayed in were ugly. The view was into the skylift, very depresive to stay at the dark and very small rooms. The worst stay. We will never come back.

Room size; The lady at the reception was rude and not helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the parking was completely full... she did not show any interest in helping finding a parking place. The same happened the other day, after checkout, when I asked her if the hotel has an umbrella (I would pay for it, of course) at the beach. She simply said ''NO, EVERYTHING IS BUSY'' in such a rude way... it is a pity, because I really enjoyed the room with sea view. But when I pay more than 100 euros/night, I expect courtesy and professionalism from the staff.

Cute Hotel, carefull staff, convenient location near beach and old town. The beautifull seaview. impeccable work of staff in restaurant and location. Special thanks to russian speaking Marta. Excellent for 3* hotel. Beach so large you can get sun burn before reach the sea))). I definetely recommend this hotel!

Breakfast is not diverse, but the dinner with the good choice.

Nagyszerű hotel nagyszerű személyzettel

Az egész szálloda nagyon rendben van. A szobában praktikus rakodóhelyek, nagyszerű fürdőszoba. A személyzet, különösen az esti recepciós hölgy és az úr a bárban nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Nagy plusz az ingyen bicikli, perceken belül elérhető vele az óváros. Ingyen napágy és napernyő kis széffel. A reggeli átlagon felüli: olasz reggelihez híven sok édesség, de nagy és igényes választék (crosciutto crudo, parmezán, szárított paradicsom, stb.) a kontinentális reggelit kedvelőknek is. A parkolás nehézkes a városban, de a szállodának pár percnyire van fizetős parkolója (10 Eur/nap). FONTOS, hogy 20 és 0 óra között nem szabad behajtani autóval a szálloda utcájába!!! Tehát érdemes ez előtt megérkezni! Ezt a szálloda jelezhetné a leírásában, mert mi nem tudtuk és 20h után érkeztünk. Muszáj volt bemennünk kipakolni a hotel elé, de nekünk szerencsénk volt és nem futottunk bele rendőrökbe, akik pedig rendszeresen járőröznek arra, de volt autó, amit el is vontattak.

Ennyi pénzért a parkolás benne lehetne az árban. A jacuzzi a tetőteraszon nagyon jó lenne, de csak délután-este használható hőmérsékletű (33-34 fok), viszont csak este 8-ig lehet használni. Mivel nincs letakarva, reggelre lehűl 22 fokra és nagyon lassan melegszik fel.

veľmi spokojný s ubytovaním

Ubytovanie bolo skvelé. Citíli sme sa veľmi príjemne. Izba bola čistá, každý deň chodila upratovať upratovačka. Mali sme z izby krásny výhľad na more. V cene hotela sú bicykle a vírivka hore na streche. Raňajky boli taktiež výborné a personál veľmi príjmemý. Boli sme veľmi spokojný s ubytovaním.

Všetko sa nám páčilo.

Preis und Leistung stimmen! Frühstück ist hervorragend - für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei! Zimmer sehr sauber! Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man geht nur über die Straße und ist am Strand! Das Personal und die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption bzw. Bar sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Gentilezza e comfort

L’hotel si trova sul lungomare a 10 min a piedi dal centro di Caorle, é molto pulito, le camere sono confortevoli e la colazione é ricca e appetitosa. Il personale è gentilissimo e accettano animali sia in stanza che in terrazza per la colazione.

Per la location e il periodo (inizio giugno) credo che il prezzo per notte sia un po‘ troppo elevato. Questa è l’unica cosa che mi porterebbe a dubitare per un ulteriore soggiorno, altrimenti ci tornerei subito.

Das Badezimmer war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Bidet u der Handtuchwärmer waren in der Duschkabine. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert u bis auf eine Steckdose hat keine funktioniert
