bit older, but well maintained equipment and rooms

you have to ask for some service stuff, like to remove waste from the room - but after urgency all went well. Also there are no refrigerators available in rooms or no hangers to dry your laundry, like swimsuit or so.

Great hotel for a short vacation!

Very good breakfast, which was a surprise based on previous opinion. There was everything you can expect: fruits, vegetables, cheese, cold meet, bread, tea, coffee, croissants and super tasty yogurt. Yes, a coffee should be better, but it was only one small disadvantage. I liked the location so close to the beach. Also every room has it's beach chairs and umbrella assigned, which was very comfortable.

Beds should be better, more comfy. Rooms interior is very simple, like during a summer camp. However, the cleaning staff was very efficient and always room was made up during the breakfast time, which was super comfortable. Balconies too close to each other. If your neighbors likes to spent time there smoking, then you have a problem. Very poor WiFi.

Quite nice place to stay

We stayed a few days there and it was quite nice. The room was big a little old fashioned but all right. The hotel has a pool, parking is available and they have benches and umbrellas available for free at the beach. So you can enjoy the beach days :)

Chodim do tejto lokality kazdy rok. Wifi signal fungoval najlepsie v jedalni, v inych spolocnych priestoroch nefungoval dobre. Hotel uvadzal wifi v ponuke, co bola zavadzajuca informacia, kedze az na konci ponuky malymi pismenami mali uvedene, ze wifi funguje iba v spolocnych priestoroch. Bazen sice k dispozicii, ale bez vyhrievania, aj v case chladnejsieho pocasia bolo more teplejsie ako bazen. Na ranajkach som dva dni upozornila na pokazene mlieko, prvy krat ho vymenili, druhy krat sa casnik rozculil a mlieko nevymenil, bol to dost arogantny pan na turistov. Nebol ochotny vymenit inym hostom miesto na sedenie, k dispozicii iba jedna salka na stole, ked ste poziadali o druhu, bol to problem a casnik si neodpustil poznamky. Recepcna s dietatom bola kapitola sama o sebe. Zrejme dcera majitelky, neprijemna, neochotna, velmi hlucna. Spolocne priestory aj v case jej volna "okupovala" s rodinou, kricali tam na plne kolo. Na kavu sme chodili radsej do ineho hotela. Chybala chladnicka na izbe. Ubytovanie pri rezervacii ani nereagovalo na moju otazku ohladom chladnicky. V porovnani s inymi 3 hviezdickovymi hotelmi tento hotel nic moc.

La pulizia.,ogni giorno biancheria da bagno pulita... camera rifatta in buono modo, profumata.

La mouchette ....i materassi molto vecchi dormito sulle molle... letto matrimoniale con due materassi si goli avvicinati con una fessura di 15 centimetri... bagno senza finestra!

Saubere Zimmer, die Lage, der Pool, Parkplatz in der Nähe, Liegen am Strand kostenlos dabei und in Ordnung

lustloses Personal; veraltete Einrichtung; renovierungsbedürftiges Bad; der schlechteste Kaffee, den wir je in Italien konsumiert haben (beim Frühstück irgendein undefinierbares Pulvergemisch und an der Bar schmeckte er verbrannt); vermutlich geliefertes Frühstück (es gab kein frisches Rührei oder Spiegelei oder weiches Ei). Standards in niedriger Qualität vorhanden. Liegen am Pool teilweise mit Vogeldreck, der nicht entfernt wird.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, personale gentile, sorridente e pronto a soddisfare eventuali necessità. Hotel pulito, camera confortevole, piscina con bar esterno dove poter anche mangiare. Ottima posizione comoda a tutto.

Herzliches Hotel mit Sanierungsbedarf.

Das überaus freundliche, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Personal. Von der Reinigungskraft bis zum Kellner, der Rezeptionistin und Chefin, die sehr gut deutsch spricht. Die Lage zum wunderschönen Meer. Die gesamte Herzlichkeit und Atmosphäre im Hotel. Das Festa-Augusto war schön. Die Lobby war sehr schön und die Poolterrasse. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt.

Leider schon alles in die Jahre gekommen in den Zimmern. Da braucht es einfach mal eine Grundsanierung. Wurde aber immer sehr gründlich gereinigt. Leider Halbpension Abends in zwei auswärtigen Restaurants. Das Restaurant in der Stadt verlangt zu viel für Getränke. Die Eier beim Frühstück waren leider wie gummi und haben merkwürdig geschmeckt.

A reggeli 5 napig mindig ugyanaz volt. 5. Napra már unalmas... Kicsi a fürdőszoba,internet egyáltalán nincs, csak a recepción, ill.hűtőszekrény hiánya.

Výborná snídaně, bazén top. U bazénu bar - něco k zakousnutí, nanuky, drinky, káva. Při polopenzi výběr večeří ze dvou restaurací - Al Campiello výborná, obsluha velmi milá a Nuova Caorle - dobrá, obsluha příjemná.

Uvítali bychom lednici na nápoje.

La vicinanza al centro e alla spiaggia. Bene la colazione e la disponibilità di parcheggio compreso nel prezzo.

Una struttura datata con potenzialità straordinarie che in mani diverse farebbe scintille. Oggi è una soluzione onesta, pulita che offre il minimo ma che lo fa comunque bene. Serramenti da rifare, serramenti da rifare, serramenti da rifare soprattutto quelli lato strada. Finestre aperte o chiuse è la stessa cosa. Il cliente merita attenzione anche la notte.

Günstiges Hotel, leider ohne Gastfreundschaft. Die Betten sind ein Horror, steinhart.

Die Lage war super, 3 Minuten zum Strand ca.15 in die Altstadt

Freundlichkeit findet man leider weder bei den Chefleuten noch bei den Mitarbeitern. Frühstückseier (ausser harte) haben gefehlt. Beim Frühstück war es extrem unangenehm, genießen dies im Urlaub sonst immer sehr, da waren wir nach 15 Minuten wieder weg.
