Onpersoonlijk contact ... "code wordt een paar dagen voor aankomst overgemaakt"; we hebben de dag ervoor zelf teleonisch contact moeten opnemen wegens geen verder nieuw ontvangen ... (wel vriendelijke respons aan de telefoon !) Sanitair: douche werkt niet, waterstop lavabo's geblokkeerd Radio vol geruis, TV niet te regelen Trap beneden halvelings geblokkeerd door traplift Vloer niet gereinigd ... stof Parking ... in de straat dus

Perfect gelegen maar accommodatie zelf is verouderd en vooral de badkamer laat dat duidelijk zien

Perfecte locatie Bed ligt geweldig Kamer Handdoeken en beddengoed zeer proper.

Al de derde keer dat ik er overnacht. Deze keer jammer genoeg slechte ervaringen in de badkamer. Vies, schimmel, en douchekraan kapot.

Prima plek voor een paar stranddagen. Jammer van de lakse houding t.a.v. de traplift en kapotte verlichting.

De locatie dicht bij het strand De grootte van de kamer De schoonmaakster was top

Het licht in de hal deed het niet. De traplift was kapot en blokkeerde de doorgang beneden ook de trap. Combinatie van beide punten hierboven was niet oké t.a.v. veiligheid. Dit is de hele week zo gebleven ook nadat er melding van was gedaan.

Enige pluspunten zijn locatie en correcte verschoning van handdoeken.

Verschrikkelijk! Geen airco (nochtans uitdrukkelijk gevraagd), geen eettafel, (luide) koelkast en koffiemachine staan naast bad in badkamer, silicone aan bad vraagt vernieuwing, verouderd. En wanneer je informeert naar de gevraagde airco schrijft men : enkel airco aan de voorzijde en verder letterlijk in haar bericht 'nutteloze discussie'. Men had dit nog kunnen rechtzetten. Foutieve informatie op advertentie. Dit verblijf noemt 'suites'? Ik schrijf nooit negatieve commentaren maar dit was er ver over. Jammer want nochtans een excellente locatie.

Номер не был убран вообще: везде пыль, грязные окна, подоконники, грязный пол, унитаз. Мы боялись к чему то притронуться, не помыв затем руки. Мы реально боялись чем-то заразиться. Кровати не было. На диван положили матрасы, которые были больше чем диван и они постоянно съезжали с дивана вместе со мной 😃

Vrijdagavond in Domburg

De ligging in het centrum en parkeermogelijkheden in privé garage. Bedden waar heel comfortabel en er is een sauna (niet gebruikt).

Heel duur en voor die prijs had men wat douchegel, shampoo of koffie kunnen geven. Ook werkte de thermostaat niet en moet je de sleutels ergens anders gaan halen en afgeven. Checkout om 10u als je op vakantie bent kan ook beter, je hebt de keuze te verlengen, maar moet meer dan 24u op voorhand gegeven worden wat dus niet kan als je recent reservatie maakt.

Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement en l état

Points positifs malgré tout : une femme de ménage passe chaque matin, ce qui est appréciable, et la literie (matelas) est de bonne qualité. Logement situé proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Nous soulignons tout de même la réactivité du propriétaire, qui est intervenu dès le lendemain pour rétablir le chauffage, l’eau chaude et la télévision.

Logement vétuste qui manque clairement d’entretien. Tous ces désagréments auraient pu être évités si un simple contrôle avait été effectué avant notre arrivée. Dès l’entrée, une forte odeur de renfermé et d’humidité nous a frappés. Il n’y avait ni chauffage, ni eau chaude, et la télévision ne fonctionnait pas (elle demandait une mise à jour de la carte puce Telenet). La cafetière était également hors service, et le coffre-fort mentionné dans l’annonce était inexistant. L’état général du logement est très dégradé : peinture écaillée, humidité sur les murs, plinthes décollées, joints de douche grossiers, portes de dressing cassées et démontées, traces douteuses sur les draps… et l’eau du bain était jaunâtre, ce qui est particulièrement inquiétant. La chambre étant très mal insonorisée, nous avons été réveillés plusieurs fois dans la nuit à cause des ronflements du voisin. Cela nous a obligés à déplacer les matelas dans le salon pour pouvoir finir la nuit correctement, ce qui n’est pas acceptable dans une location censée offrir un minimum de confort. Des améliorations restent indispensables : un micro-ondes pour le petit déjeuner du matin, un balai pour le sable ramené de la plage, une vraie couette double au lieu de deux petites couettes individuelles, et un canapé plus confortable (celui en place est très inconfortable). Autre point problématique : le tarif affiché sur Booking au moment de la réservation était de 232 €, puis quelques minutes plus tard, au moment du paiement, il est passé à 262 €, sans aucune explication. Une capture d’écran a été faite. Ce manque de transparence est inadmissible. Enfin, à notre départ, le propriétaire, visiblement contrarié par notre mécontentement, a changé d’attitude et nous a accusés à tort d’avoir frappé aux portes des voisins et d’avoir toussé la nuit, dérangeant ainsi les voisins… Des accusations absurdes et infondées. Localisation proche de la plage et du centre. Literie confortable.

Bonne localisation près de la plage et du centre ville. Pas de tram la nuit donc nous avons très bien dormi. Literie très confortable. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit mais l'espace, l'aménagement et les équipements rendraient un séjour plus long également agréable. Nous n'avons communiqué avec le propriétaire que par mail et il a été très réactif.

Ce n'est pas vraiment un point négatif mais nous n'avons appris qu'après avoir réservé qu'il n'y avait pas de petit-déjeuner possible ce jour là. Heureusement il y a une machine à café et un frigo et plusieurs boulangeries à proximité donc nous avons pu quand même profiter d'un bon petit déjeuner sur place

Hébergement cher pour ce que c'est, rue très bruyante et pas facile pour se garer.

Le frigo dans la chambre était agréable.

Châssis de fenêtre complètement cassé donc on ententait tout dehors et le froid rentrait dans la chambre car le châssis était contre et plus encastré dans la fenêtre. Si qqun dans l'établissement prenait de l'eau elle devenait glaciale donc très pénible de prendre un bain même une simple douche rapide... Toilette très petite et à peine éclairée. Pas d'ascenseur, escaliers raides et étroits. Odeur de renfermer dans la chambre, impossible de mettre quoi que se soit dans la penderie car odeur horrible. Petit lait pour le café périmé depuis 5 mois...

Je m’attendais à mieux concernant le logement…

L emplacement et à première vu l’endroit est plutôt relaxant

Plusieurs choses à signaler. Premièrement, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans les éviers de la salle de bain. Ensuite, j’ai constaté la présence de toiles d’araignées ainsi que d’araignées visibles à plusieurs endroits. Il y avait également de nombreuses taches d’humidité sur les murs, ce qui m’a mis mal à l’aise étant donné que je suis allergique. Les voisins du même palier ont aussi fait beaucoup de bruit aux alentours de 22 h. Enfin, il n’y a pas de lumière dans le hall d’entrée lorsque l’on rentre tard ; l’éclairage ne commence qu’à partir du premier étage.

Locatie, grote frigo, muziekinstallatie.

De hygiëne was slecht. Overal zand en vuil op de grond in het hele appartement, in het vuilbakje in de wc zat nog iets van de vorige gasten, de wijnglazen waren vuil. De wc is echt heel klein, je zit met je benen tegen de deur!
