Very pleasant stay

It was pretty big Deluxe room with king size bed and additional sofa. Very clean and well decorated. I also have a small balcony with two chairs. Very good breakfast with wide verity of choices.

My window was right above a terrace of hotel restaurant. So as my window was opened I've heard music from restaurant. It wasn't loud and disturbing for me, but for somebody it could be important.

ultra modern stay in great location

great location, the staff were super helpful and I loved the room - very modern design and perfect for an overnight stay. We were well looked after in the bar; dinner there was perfectly fine if you didn’t want to venture out. Breakfast plentiful and tasty. Secure underground garage for our bikes as we were finishing the Western Front away.

Mistaken concepts, overpriced.

Very good location with good opportunity for parking. Good variety for breakfast. Modern solutions for lightining and air conditioning in the rooms. Free WIFI.

3p rooms are on the groundfloor while the reception is on the first floor. Ground floor is accessible for anyone from the street because on the uppermost floors private apartments are located and owners pass by, no division of the hotel area at all. The rooms look either to the tram rails (I have never seen terasse doors opening to the street directly!) or to the 1sqm(!) court right under the restaurant terasse. We did not feel safe and secure at all and rooms are particularly dangerous for guests with smaller children. We were told that this is a new concept. A mistaken one. Several times, there was no reception personel available even in peak hours, guests queued. No business corner with computer to make reservations for touristic attractions, reception personel considered its help as a personal favour. Cleaning is slow and far from spotless. The room was cleaned by 5 pm every day while the cleaning accessoires were on the corridors already from morning hours. Beach sand that we accidentally brought in our shoes, never disappeared from day 1 to the end of our stay. There are some good ideas but lack of pragmatic solutions. Eg: good parking possibility in the nearby public parking but no reserved places for the hotel guests and the parking card needed to be handed back once we had already left the parking (so we needed to park temporarily where we were not supposed to). The price was relatively high for a 4-star hotel and definitely not reflected in the quality of the service. This is not value for money.

We came to Belgium to attend a concert nearby - the location was perfect - 20min by car to the venue & just a few meters to the beach… Lots of parking spaces available nearby as well - we chose the gated Promenade Parking garage for about 18€/day 👍🏻 Definetely need to highlight the breakfast buffet & the staff - especially Sabine from reception was so kind and helpful / we really appreciated the warm welcome & the wonderful service!

Cozy, comfortable and great staff!

The property was gorgeous. Very modern yet cozy, a real eyecatcher — inside as well as on the outside.

There truly was nothing to dislike in my opinion. The only thing I would add in the bathroom is some amenities and maybe some sort of holder for your toothbrush. Other than that it was impeccable!

Brand new hotel close to the beach

This hotel is brand new and definitely deserves a better rating than it currently has in Booking (lowish 8). Staff members are friendly, breakfast was good and the location is conveniently close to the sea. Nearby parking included in price.

Room service could be working a bit longer hours, but that’s not really a minus, just a suggestion.

The large bed which we asked was , two single beds one to another, which created a gap in the middle. Not very comfortable. Also the wet floor in the shower, needs some prudence, as very slippery.

Es war gut, ob ich das nochmal buchen würde, wage ich zu bezweifeln.

Die Lage ist super, Parksituation ist akzeptabel, (wir haben jedoch nicht die Garage genutzt) das so sehr gut bewetete Frühstück hätte ich nicht so als sehr gut bewertet, es war für meinen Eindruck eher angemessen, zu dem Standard den das Hotel darstellt. Es war gut, bitte nicht falsch verstehen, aber es war nicht außergewöhnlich und die Auswahl war gut, die Qualität war gut. Wegen der sehr guten Bewertungen, hätte ich einfach mehr erwartet. Das Personal war gut, freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Gesamtbewertung ist für mich "Gut" Das Restaurant im Hotel war sehr gut, was die Qualität des Essens angeht, der Service war wirklich gut, was zum sehr gut gefehlt hat werde ich im Teil, "was hat ihnen nicht gefallen erläutern"

Der Service an der Bar, war eher im Mittelfeld. Vielleicht ist es in Belgien nicht so üblich, aber ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass wenn das Glas vor mir leer ist, zumindest die Frage kommt, ob wir noch was wünschen, zumindest einmal. Das war nicht immer der Fall, ich bin eher zur Bar gegangen und habe mir noch was bestellt. Also nicht auf die Initiative des Personals. Im Restaurant des Hotels haben wir so eine Situation erlebt. Wir haben uns das Mehrgang Menü bestellt und bei der Aufnahme der Bestellung hat das Mädchen gesagt, die Getränke sind inklusive. Es hat uns schon stutzig gemacht, da ich das so nicht kenne. Ich habe das nicht hinterfragt, wichtig ist auch, ich habe das nicht gefragt ob die Getränke inklusive sind, das kamm von der wirklich freundlichen Bedienung. Beim Bezahlen stellen wir jedoch fest, die Getränke sind berechnet. Wie gesagt, ich habe das so erwartet, das die Getränke on top kommen, es geht mir nicht darum, das ich das ich die nicht bezahlen wollte, es ging mir eher darum, das wir falsch informiert worden sind. Das Essen war sehr gut. Der Preis angemessen. Nur das wir falsch informiert worden sind, hat den ansonsten sehr schönen Abend einen etwas faden Nachgeschmack gegeben.
