Best experience

Jadranka is the most genuine, warmest, sweetest, and kindest host I've ever met. She hosted us very well. She provided us with all the information we needed. She gave us lots of advice about the city and frequently offered us coffee and dessert. The house was beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We had our own terrace, which was a delight to sit out on in the evenings. The location and parking were also a huge advantage. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again. Excellent location with a friendly and helpful host

Great location - 10mins walk to the old town and 5mins walk from several excellent restaurants by the water. Our host could not have been better - always there to help if needed but not intrusive. Our apartment had a spacious terrace with a great view over the Bay of Kotor. Free parking is a huge bonus in Kotor as there isn't much available.

Wonderful, convenient place to stay for sightseeing in Kotor! Nice outside seating area with views!

The unit and location worked well for us. We enjoyed sitting on the patio outside the unit! The sites, including Old town and the harbor, were an easy walk to and from the unit. Also, we had a car and appreciated the available parking (seemed safe).

A little tricky to find, but we blame the maps app we were using.

Quiet, comfortable, great location! Perfect for a couple or a small family!

Location was close to old town ~10 min walk, but far enough way you weren’t sucked into the noise and crowds. It was quiet at night.

Sea view apartment was great for 7 day visit

Great host - friendly, helpful. Comfortable and clean apartment. Convenient for everything we wanted to do. Corner shop very near, supermarket 5 mins, old town 10 mins max, beach 5 mins. Great terrace with sea view - fun watching all the boats. Comfy bed, good air-con. We stayed for a week and it was a superb base for our adventures.

The building is on a busy, congested, noisy road. We got used to it!

Great apartment in Kotor !

A great apartment, 10 minutes from the beach and old town with a glorious view of the bay. Fabulous host, Jakandra, who welcomed us with a cold drink and cake, and was very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again next time we come to Kotor.

Fantastic apartment in a great location!

Great location and easy to locate. Only a 5 minute stroll to the beach and a 10/15 min walk to the old town. About 1/2 hour walk to the main bus station. Lots of restaurants in both locations. Apartment laid out very well with good storage for clothes etc. a kitchen area which looked like there was everything you’d need if you wanted (we ate out). Spotlessly clean and a lovely view (loved the balcony space!) Jadranka was a fab host, we arrived two hours later than planned due to hold ups on the bus but we kept her informed and she was very good. We dropped her a message that we had arrived at the location and she arrived within 5 mins to show us to our apartment, offering us a coffee and telling us about all the local facilities. She even checked in with us the next day, bringing us some krempita which was delicious! Would thoroughly recommend!

Nothing not to like. Yes there is a busy road outside, but you are above it and it didn’t spoil the view or anything for us.

A good option for Kotor but not quiet.

Host is awesome. Apartment is lovely with everything we needed and just a short 10 min walk to Ol Town and waterfront restaurants. Also, great view from front apartments.

Good value great location but less than ideal host experience

Very good location- walkable to the old city but away from the hustle and noise.

While it was on the main road, the property doesn’t show the house number well. The GPS brings you to a building with a cluster of apartments but you don’t really know which one is the apartment you rented. What made it more difficult is that the host was not around to meet me despite me letting her know I was arriving at a certain time. I rang the bell of all the units in the building and no one responded or came out. I had to ask help from the next door property who kindly brought me to the house of the owner. I rang the bell for at least 5 minutes before someone finally came out and show me to the unit I rented

Perfect apartment in perfect location!

We stayed here for 4 nights just recently in July, and would highly recommend!! The apartment we stayed in was absolutely perfect, with great facilities, super clean and in a perfect location, within walking distance to everywhere! The host was also super lovely and very helpful and welcoming, providing us with tips and recommendations :)

Perfect choice, excellent spot.

-The owner is very kind and helpful. Responded immediately to our questions and requests before arriving and helped us when we got there. - About 5mins to the beach, about 10mins from old town on foot. -Clean. -WiFi worked. -Room with enough space. -Private parking within the yard.

I saw only three parking spaces, so I'm not sure if they are always enough, probably you should check with the owner.

Beautiful week in a beautiful country

Jadranka was an amazing host, greeting us with coffee and cake and lots of handy tips about the local area. She was on hand if we needed anything and stopped by with more food to share with us - she really made the stay special! The apartment itself was cosy and had everything we needed, and was spotlessly clean. There was a lovely outside area to relax and eat with a view over the bay. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach and into both Kotor and Dobrota. Having parking was also so handy. Can’t wait to come and stay with Jadranka again soon.

Perfect!

The room was great with a private terrase and even a little kitchen. You can easily walk to the beach and the old town so the location was perfect. But most of all the host was so incredibly friendly and welcoming with coffee, cake and icecream. Especially since i was traveling alone that was very nice :) If you go to kotor this is the place to stay!

Exceptional

Everything was exceptional! The view from the balcony was amazing. You can walk to Kotor Old town in 10 minutes. Beach also is near, as some very good restaurants nearby at the Kotor bay. Jadranka is amazing host! She allowed us to check in earlier, because our flight was in the morning and call a taxi for us to the airport. And welcomed us with coffee and juice. So lovely and positive person! Apartment was also good, with small kitchen. A/C was working good. If you need, there is private parking lot at apartment.

Beautiful location

Jadranka was very communicative before arrival. She met us at the apartment. The location is excellent with parking. It's a short walk into Kotor. Traffic and parking seemed to be a bit difficult so we were happy to let the car rest. The apartment is a nice size and the terrace has a great view of Kotor Bay. We felt the road noise was minimal late at night so we slept soundly on the comfy bed. Jadranka offered us a coffee when we arrived which was a nice touch. We'd definitely stay again if we return to Kotor. Hlava, Jadranka!

Lovely host

Host was extremely nice. Easily accessible place. Clean comfortable stay. Beautiful view from the balcony. We are a bit sensitive sleepers and window shutters were excellent to keep the light out for a good night sleep. 10 minutes walk to the Kotor old town.

It was too close to the main road, however closed windows did keep the noise out (we also had ear plugs just in case).

Absolutely would stay again

Such a lovely stay near the Kotor old town. Just a 5 minute walk downhill. Nice restaurants and a beach nearby. Great view to the bay! The owner was so welcoming and helpful and responded quickly. The room was spacious, very clean and we had an own terrace surrounded by well-mainteined garden.

The road nearby is very busy. However, the owner advised us a safe walking way to the old town and the noise of the traffic did not bother at night.

Absolutely lovely stay

Great apartment just outside of the old city in Kotor. We particularly loved the little patio with a partial sea view and how absolutely wonderful the hostess was-- extremely welcoming and helpful which made our stay excellent. The flat is clean and very cute, we found the bed comfortable and had no problems with the AC.

Our only struggle was the wifi at times didn't work super well but this was no issue as we had a SIM card

We had the best apartment in Kotor, it made our stay all the more worthwhile.

What can I say other than the proprietor of the apartments was the best we have met on our trip to Montenegro, she keeps the apartments in tip-top clean condition, and they are fantastic, you get more than you pay for, there is a bonus with these apartments, they have private off road parking ( believe me, parking in Kotor is a nightmare), the beach is all but a minute away, two fabulous restaurants a stone throw away ( a fish grill bar at the end of the drive!) and the town center less than ten minutes walk, leave the car at the apartments ( trust me). the rooms are very nice, the shower, kitchen and bathroom are spot on, outside you have your own sitting area overlooking the bay. I would give these apartments 100%.

Nothing wrong with the apartment at all, we would call Jadranka Cetcovic in a flash if we return to Kotor!

Location location location

These apartments are excellent value for money given the location and space they provide. You're a few steps away from a gorgeous beach, and a few more from the lovely Old Town. It also served as a great base for exploring Perast, Tivat, Sveti Stefan and beyond. Where the beach is, there is also a promenade to wander along where we spent most of our evenings eating and drinking in the restaurants. The host gave us a warm welcome with a bottle of wine and cake to celebrate our honeymoon. We couldn't have asked for more... plus the view is beautiful. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to stay again soon. Thank you Jadranka!!

Amazing place in Kotor

Great place for holidays in Montenegro. The place was spotless clean, the host was very friendly and helpful (treated us to homemade cake and Turkish coffee, provided tips how to get to different places). The apartment has an excellent location (3min walk from the beach, 6min walk from the centre and Old Town, close to shops and bakery). There are only positive things to say about this place. We would definitely recommend it.

We loved our stay in Kotor. The apartment had a terrace with a great view of the bay. Welcome juice and cake from host was great! Easy parking and very close to old town Kotor. Highly recommend staying here!
