Lots of restaurant choices and excellent buffet. Several pools and lazy pool. Rooms were large with enough clothes storage. Staff were excellent.
The quiet pool was definitely not quiet. Kids running and screaming, jumping off the bridge, jumping off the sides, splashing people etc. We left the main pool to get away from the noise.

The food was amazing, the entire resort is beautiful from the lobby to the rooms to the pool/beach. The staff was incredible and they all ensured we had everything we needed and more. Big shoutout to Aiden! He made sure we had everything we needed from the second we got here and worked very hard to make sure we got the most out of our experience as we were only here for three days. The pool and spa was amazing and the restaurants were so fun and delicious!
The only downfall of this trip was the seaweed all over the beach swimming area, but as it is seaweed season it’s kinda expected.

The pools and beach were excellent. Great selection of food at the buffets, and the a la carte restaurants were delicious! We were always able to find chairs and shade. We also loved the lazy river and all of the grab and go food options!
The beds were a little firm. The rooms were a little stuffy, but we did not spend much time in there so it did not detract from the experience.

I really liked that the resort was large with plenty of activities to enjoy, from the lazy river to the buffets, and even ice cream and coffee shops. The breakfast buffet was especially good and definitely a highlight of the stay.
The AC in our room shut down twice on consecutive nights, and we had to call facilities to send someone in the middle of the night. We were six guests staying for four nights, and unfortunately, they couldn’t accommodate us at any of their themed restaurants due to availability. After insisting, they were able to schedule us for a 9:15 PM dinner on one of the nights, but by then we had already made other plans. While the dinner buffet offered a lot of variety, the flavors didn’t meet our expectations—we tried the meats, pastas, and desserts, but none of them tasted particularly good.
