Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa All Inclusive

Friendly service and made to fell very welcome. The service in the restaurants was very good as was the housekeeping. I was lucky to celebrate my birthday and the went out of their way to celebrate this. Love the wildlife around the hotel, even the racoons.

The rooms have very thin walls, we had a number of nights disrupted by noisy neighbours. Also the Air Con in our room was faulty, we complained 4 times during our stay and it appears nothing cold be done to fix it - very disappointing. The pools are very shallow and therefore not very refreshing on the hottest days.

Lots of restaurant choices and excellent buffet. Several pools and lazy pool. Rooms were large with enough clothes storage. Staff were excellent.

The quiet pool was definitely not quiet. Kids running and screaming, jumping off the bridge, jumping off the sides, splashing people etc. We left the main pool to get away from the noise.

I really liked that the resort was large with plenty of activities to enjoy, from the lazy river to the buffets, and even ice cream and coffee shops. The breakfast buffet was especially good and definitely a highlight of the stay.

The AC in our room shut down twice on consecutive nights, and we had to call facilities to send someone in the middle of the night. We were six guests staying for four nights, and unfortunately, they couldn’t accommodate us at any of their themed restaurants due to availability. After insisting, they were able to schedule us for a 9:15 PM dinner on one of the nights, but by then we had already made other plans. While the dinner buffet offered a lot of variety, the flavors didn’t meet our expectations—we tried the meats, pastas, and desserts, but none of them tasted particularly good.
