Very Clean! Everyone was very Nice & Friendly!
No Vanity / Table with Mirror & Lights for the Ladies to fix and touch up themselves especially when it’s a Wedding Destination event/venue.
Messages from Mgmt said ALL INCLUSIVE for Preferred Club Guests which included other Spirits/Alcohol not available to standard guests, and yet I was charged and told that the Sake and Sapporo Beer at Himitsu was not included in the “All Inclusive as Preferred Club Guests)! So that’s a STRIKE for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! They need to correct their messages for high paying Preferred Club Guests so they don’t get caught off guard!
Also almost didn’t get seated at Himitsu cuz we didn’t make reservations! Again, they’re Messages said Preferred Club Guests DOES NOT NEED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS!

Overall the property was nice. If you love a jungle type of atmosphere this is tan excellent place for you to vacation.
Two of the restaurants were closed and the food other restaurants was trash. The can definitely improve on the taste and quality of the food.
