We have visited 3 times over the years and hotel is a very high standard
Staff are brilliant.
Shame that beach suffers from sugassa problem but can’t blame hotel for that
The area has suffered this for a while
But might put people off

Que tivemos acesso a todo o resort
Quartos do colonial são muito velhos (tomadas não funcionam, banheira suja e calcificada por estar velha ), televisão não funcionava.
Nao Havia toalhas de banho. Trabalhadores faziam muito barulho desde as 7h da manhã, não da para descansar.
E, outra série de coisas que não são aceitáveis num hotel de 5*
Depois de ter perdido uma manhã a falar com os responsáveis do hotel, ninguém resolveu a situação ou entrou em contacto connosco.
