Los cuartos y e traslado de un lobby a otro, hay variedad para cada presupuesto. Albercas excelente y amplias y con salvavidas vigilándoeb todo momento
Lo único en contra que encuentro es a gata de elevadores más que nada a los que tengan o traen personas adultas
Variar la alimentación de área de alberca más por os niños

The property was very attentive, clean, kid friendly, and very welcoming! I had an amazing concierge named Raul. He helped assist me with my day to day activities for me and my son. Him and his team set up the hotel room for my son’s birthday and got him a cake. Even two cakes! Amazing! Raul truly went above and beyond as well as all the staff at this property! Thank you guys for making our stay sooo great!

We have visited 3 times over the years and hotel is a very high standard
Staff are brilliant.
Shame that beach suffers from sugassa problem but can’t blame hotel for that
The area has suffered this for a while
But might put people off

Nice resort
beef was great... , fruits were great. Too big resort.
Staff is still nice but they should have more carts or other mode for travel inside
Feel bad for staff.
Resort too big and only few golf carts.
Not very frequent
Some food was really bad like chicken and fish were stale,
Ac stopped working midnight
Room service takes forever
Phone line menu is Spanish and no English options.
No proper explanation on what to do , activies, none..
6 times had asked for toothbrush and then staff brings 6 to the room after 6 hours. Just f great!
