Everyone was so friendly and very helpful

At the airport we got sucked in to going to what we found once we were there it was about timeshares which was supposed to be a 90 minute talk turned into 5 hours that was the only thing I didn't like

The breakfast buffet did not have as much variety as in previous years. The kindness and treatment of the staff is excellent. Especially Rosa from the Coba buffet, it was beyond expectations. From the first day we fell in love with her smile and attention that we did not try the other restaurants and we only wanted to be in the restaurant were she was on duty. where she was on duty.My husband chose Mexico as a location to celebrate his 40th birthday. This trip was planned and family and friends attended on the same dates for a great celebration. The reception team facilitated access to family members to decorate the room and surprise my husband on such a special occasion. Irazu, Samantha and Angel helped with all this. Excellent his attention and this is not all the Bahia also did his part, decorating the door and a gift. The best experience. I'm 100% Bahia.

Great entertainment by the pool. Liked how they would not let people reserve pool chairs. Rooms were comfy. Buffet staff were great.

Night entertainment shows for families were to late at night . Not able to use facilities at other resorts had to pay for an upgrade wrist band. So if you go to the beach you have to go back to the resort to eat. Would have been nice if the coba had a store to pick up snacks( besides chips) that you could take to the beach. Also we were on the 3rd floor of building 14 … traffic noise like crazy.

Very little. It as nice to see families on the property

Food was not good, staff was nice, restaurant availability was not good, room accommodations were average at best. I was actually disappointed about the Mexican food selection surprisingly. I would give all of the food a "D"
