Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

I am always sceptical of all inclusives but this was a brilliant resort.

The food was pretty good as far as all inclusives go. The pool was amazing (though If you're under 5'10" bring a float). The kiddie water park was so fun. That's pretty much all we did and all we needed so can't speak to kids clubs. Our daughter was 2 and had a blast at the pools, water park, and just walking around.

We did pick this one because of the bay style beach area but it was unusable due to the amount of seaweed. Not their fault, but check levels if going in the ocean is a requirement. We would have appreciated a few more spots to hang things to dry in the room. There was just the closet and one towel rack. Outside has one but it was so humid it didn't dry .

An outstanding stay from start to finish. The staff were exceptional, always smiling and genuinely willing to help. The concierge team deserves a special mention for the personalized service and for making everything effortless. The food was excellent, with a huge variety and plenty of healthy options, something I really appreciated. The pools were fantastic, never felt overcrowded, and the whole resort is beautifully maintained. What truly makes this place unique is the wildlife. It genuinely feels like living in the middle of nature. Every day we were surrounded by huge families of coatis, countless iguanas, agoutis, flamingos, and an impressive variety of birds. It was an experience that both we and our son will remember for a very long time. I would happily return and highly recommend Grand Palladium Kantenah to anyone looking for a resort that combines excellent service, great food, beautiful pools, and an unforgettable natural environment.
