One of the highest cost performance hotel around Montparnasse.

It was so reasonable price. The location is perfect. And then, it has so clean chamber and hygiene bathroom.

The chamber is not large. but acceptable.

The room card was deactivated every day so had to go down each time to activate. As my room was on the 5th floor, this was very annoying.

- Excellent location: easy to reach and within walking distance of many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, bus stops, and the metro. - Small and cozy hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. - Clean room. - Very good breakfast with fresh products and a good variety of options.

- The double room was too small for two adults. - No coat hangers or designated space for outerwear near the entrance. - The only wardrobe was located deep inside the room and was too small to be practical for both outerwear and other belongings. - The shower had no door, which caused water to splash onto the floor and toilet and made showering uncomfortable.

A little gem in the heart of Paris

Excellent location in a quiet spot very close to Montparnasse train station. There is a nice burger place right next door, good restaurants and a Biocoop close by, and generally a very pleasant and laid-back vibe all around. The staff are sincerely nice and helpful. The facilities are new, spotless and very comfortable.

A/C during hot summer days in Paris is a plus! Clean room and comfy bed. Balcony was great to let fresh air in.

The room was ok and we have stayed before. Its a good location if your using Montparnasse station.

The kettle didn't work and didn't get replaced after we reported it. Breakfast can be a bit hit and miss with food being slow to be replenished.

Lovely boutique hotel

Amy the receptionist was warm & friendly. The lady who cleans the room did awesome job. 200 meters to M 13 metro and 850 meters to Montparnasse station. Shops & cafe near by.

Great location, staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was great, had a balcony which was lovely plus there is a good size outdoors space downstairs. Tea & coffee also a great bonus.

Would be useful if there was undercover bike storage in the outdoor space - would make it easier to bring own bike and leave it outside. Did not want to leave my bike bag out there in case of rain. Space is very very good and could easily accommodate an undercover / lockable area.

Amazing stay, great location, great staff

This is my second time at this hotel, it's close to public transports, the staff is amazing and very friendly and the room was clean. We arrived after a 17 hour flight and they organised for early check in as we were exhausted. Very helpful!

The staff is amazing and very helpful. They took our luggage before check-in. The room is quite and clean. The location is great, surrounded by great restaurants.

Elevators were busy all the time and we had to wait for 10 minutes during our checkout.

Stay was very comfortable, room was clean, hotel staff was very helpful, you can leave your luggage in a separate locked room in case of early arrival/late departure, this feature helped a lot. Metro station is close by, street is calm yet close to restaurants, cafés. Price-quality ratio is great.

Weekend in Paris

Great location, close to two metro stations and bars/ restaurants. We had a room on the 5th floor with a small balcony, which was very nice. The second day we had breakfast at the hotel, which I recommended (great selection of food, e.g. croissants, baguettes, yogurt, eggs etc). Very friendly and helpful staff especially the evening receptionist. Overall, I recommend and would come again.
