    Nice location and friendly staff. Had everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and it was HOT but we made it through. Quick walk to train station.

    It was horrible. The AC doesn’t work and the whole privilege room with Eiffel Tower view is a lie - you need to hang out of the window basically to see the view. Worst night of my life to be honest - the fan they give is so tiny when you tell them the AC doesn’t work that it’ll barely cool your face. It was just horrible overall - do not stay if you can avoid it. I booked it for the location close to the railway station which worked, but otherwise sucked in every other possible manner. The staff is also very rude. I read the reviews the AC doesn’t work so I confirmed with them multiple times since I had booked the highest category room and yet the AC didn’t work despite everything. Just avoid this place like the plague.

    Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel felt safe and fairly clean. A special thanks to Shakib, who was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is a bit far from the Champs-Élysées, but everything we needed was nearby. We were given a room with a nice view of the Eiffel Tower, which made the experience even better.
