Fun, welcoming and perfect for my first time in Paris

The staff are amazing. Thank you for the breakfast. The entire hotel is lovely.

Only thing I’d recommend is placing a shower curtain inside each shower since the glass door opens halfway and water splashes. This is an excellent hotel though

Good location, good room and friendly staff

We had a great sized room and they were very friendly during check-in. The team was also kindly able to accommodate our request for twin beds, rather than a sharing one, which mean we were both able to sleep! We were in the exact location we wanted to be and for a great cost too. Breakfast was also good, it was just a simple buffet with plenty of options to chose from, but not so enough that loads of food goes to waste

Not much really, the only POTENTIAL complaint we might have is that one of the soap dispensers in the bathroom (by the sink) was never filled, despite us requesting it - however, it wasn't the end of the world since there were 2 dispensers and the one in the bath was filled.

Comfortable, pleasant place; helpful staff

Wonderful, helpful staff, small rooms but hey it’s Paris. Who stays in their room? Great for Montparnasse cafe scene and Rue Daguerre’s exotic restaurants, cafes and markets are nearby. RER B to CDG is 14 minutes away and Gaite Meteo is closer. I’ll be back.

we didn't expect it to be so good but it shouldn't be this bad

The bus and metro station is very close. if you wanna walk, 40 minutes walking distance from the center

The toilets are too close to the ground. like a kids toilet. Also, when you sit, your legs hit the shower. distance too closed. it wasn’t clean. There was a forgotten dirty towel on the floor behind the toilet door. The floors were not well Hoover.

Filthy room with mold and dirt

The location of the hotel is convenient.

The room was a nightmare. Mold and dust was really thick and it was not healthy to sleep in that room. There were spots of dirt on the wall, 1cm dust around the windows, mold on plastic chair and in the bathtub. The sheets had spots of dirt. Manager ran away from the front desk when I wanted to exchange rooms. They exchanged the room after 2 days but they gave the dirty moldy room to another customer. In case of inspection,the hotel would maybe be closed

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the room was clean!

In our first room there was a huge leak into our room everytime we used the shower. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The water was slightly warm. We asked to move rooms and the next room was still cold as the heating didn’t work and the shower was still cold but had a working toilet and no leak.

Nice small rooms, standard breakfast, serviceminded staff. Quiet small street in a nice area with lots of places to go, eg Rue Daguerre
