Location ok, but will not book it again

The location was ok, not far from metro line 13 (Gaite) and line 4, walking distance to Gare Montparnasse. Not dangerous, police office just beside :) easy to get to airport Orly (20 Euro with Bolt or Uber). It was also possible to find some food around and a nice bakery.

I have reserved the superior double room with twin beds and it was a horror. I have used to be often in Paris and stayed in many different hotels: from Ibis to hotel Scribe or Regina. But this time in Campanile - this was the worst and smallest room I have ever seen: dark, loud, smelly, small - size less then 6m2 inside (if to deduct WC and bathroom). I requested at the reception to change the room 202 - it was not possible to do the same day, only on the next day (next morning I have lost more than 3 hours waiting) and got the keys from 502 room only at 11:30. The room 502 was maybe 1m2 bigger and a bit nicer as on the 5th floor, but the shower was so tiny - you could not wash your hair - a real coffin. Maybe it would go for someone 150 cm high and petite, but not for me with 170cm and normal build. Not to imagine someone taller or more kg - no chance to get inside! Honestly, this should not be 3 star standard!

Would recommend this hotel for a reasonably priced hotel for seeing Paris.

Nice hotel room which had a buffet breakfast that was not included in the price but was very good and convenient. Staff were very helpful. Close to bus stops and the Metro. Good restaurants nearby.

Wonderful!

Beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Very nice staff. There are restaurants and shops nearby, as well as 2 metro stations. It has wonderful air conditioning, and a lovely lounge. The view from the upper floors is very nice.

I would go back for sure

Everything was perfect, the location was very good, and the room was very clean with room service daily changing the towels. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast has good value for the money

Good location with things nearby that we needed: food, convenience store. Very clean and modern.

Perfect Staying on a Low Budget

Cheap hotel if visiting Paris on a low budget. The location is perfect and close to many restaurants, a metro stop, and bus stations which was perfect for exploring Paris. The room was very small but it was expected. I can't review the breakfast as it wasn't included in our room, but it didn't look too bad. We chose to eat at the nearby restaurants which could become pricey if doing it every morning. Overall, the hotel was perfect for our stay and they even stored our luggage after checking out free of charge.

The AC was turned off at random times but it was due to maintenance which was communicated by the hotel, just not sure why it was off during some nights though.

Very good location. Good neighbourhood, very close to 2 metro stops. Markets, bakeries and restorants very close to the hotel. Very clean and room cleaning made our room and changed towels every day. Good value for money for that period of the year.

All was good. Nothing worth mentioning here.

Pleasant

The location is good. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The check-in and check-out were quick. I appreciate their free luggage storage facility after check-out in case you want to roam around the city without luggage. Bed is comfortable.

The staff is a bit careless and doesn't take the requests of the customers seriously. Toiletries such as toothbrush and bathroom slippers were not provided.

Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was heavy on the bread selections, but good and warm.

No washcloths, no microwave, no fridge. Beds were very narrow. Room was very small.

Well-located, comfortable hotel

The hotel's location is convenient to reach by metro or bus. The neighbourhood seemed calm, and a lot of restaurants are placed nearby. The apartment was equipped with the bath and two tiny balconies, which was a positive surprise.

The was not hot water (only barely warm). The variety of the food at the breakfast was not satisfactory.

I liked the bathroom a lot. Unlike many hotels in Paris, this one had a decent size, with a proper shower. The bed was comfy. The room was a bit small, but not at all an issue. The elevator also has a decent size.

We got a room next to the service room. Staff was coming in and out frequently and talking / laughing loudly at 7:00 am (everyday during our 4 night stay)

Good position and services

The position was good near underground and bus stop and if you like walking it is possible arrive to the center of the city on foot. The bedroom was essential like the bathroom but good and clean. Every day we had cleaning service and new towels and tea and coffee on the room.

Maybe the bed wasn't a real double bad it was like a French bed and the bathroom and the bedroom also wasn't so large but ok.

Good location, can walk to different stations to take different lines to avoid any interchange. Bus 92 in front of hotel brings to Effiel Tower. Walking distance to gare Montparnasse. A lot of eateries. Staff is nice 👍

Hangers all broken...cannot hang clothes. It pricked my scarf and tore it 😭 Should change out to new and better quality ones
