Convenient to MANY metro stations. Not so touristy neighborhood

The location of this property is ideal- including very close to all the fantastic restaurants along Rue Daguerre. Lovely wide avenue and felt safe all the time. We were very comfortable and made very welcome. It’s very clean. The description of the room lets you know it is small. It’s certainly large enough but the bathroom door can’t open fully as it is blocked by the bed. Plenty of room to get into the bathroom, just be aware that the description is true to size. We had a room at the back of the property in the 4th floor. The window opened onto a space overlooking a garden and rooftops; you didn’t feel closed in on the outside. We were very happy with this accommodation.

The room wasn't big but for Paris it was fine. It was close to the main train station. You could walk to the Gaîté area and many restaurants/bars. I could leave my suitcase all day and the staff was very amiable.

Despite the double glass windows, there was still a little noise from the avenue, but nothing impossible either. The shower was very small and it was easy to bang your elbows on the walls. The drainage wasn't good.
