I had a very nice and quiet room outside and on ground floor, very spacious and hotel staff was very helpful and nice

A good, comfortable hotel if leaving from Montparnasse station

The location was excellent for an early train from Montoarnasse, and the area has plenty of places to eat at reasonable prices.

The breakfast area is rather small and cramped, but the choice of food was good. I received rather a lot of unnecessary emails from the property.

Beautiful, clean, renovated room facing the back of the building. Excellent, knowledgable, and helpful staff. Across the street from metro and trains. Nice area for walking and sightseeing. Grocery next door.

I had difficulty finding it because I wrote Rue instead of Avenue. My error, but make sure you dont make the same mistake

Quiet hotel in a vibrant city

Situated in a great location, with the station across the road, plus shops, restaurants, bars & cafes within 5 min walk. There was a lift up to higher floors and a comfortable room. Small room however size was advertised and it was what we expected it to be - you are in a beautiful city. No street noise with the windows closed. You can also walk to Luxembourg Gardens in a few mins. Staff were lovely.

I found my place in Paris!

Convenient location, very clean and great value. Very charming. The staff was wonderful, obtained an Uber for me, gave me advice and was so kind. I didn’t want to leave. The lady at the front desk was amazingly helpful and kind.

Very convenient, walkable distance from train and metro station, and there’s a supermarket next to the hotel. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel as well.

Oldish looking place, but room is extremely nicely renovated, good deal for the money

Staff, comfort, amenities. The perfect hotel if you need to dash off on the train. Room a bit small but comfortable bed, big towels, and double paned glass keeps up the street noise.

Room a little small. Should have been notified that the elevator was under renovation and out of service for several weeks.

We spent 2 nights at Hotel De Paris Montparnasse and enjoyed every minute!

The staff was lovely! It was a great location in Montparnasse area. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The free candy was also a nice touch!

We arrived at the hotel at around 11am and been asked EUR 50 if we wanted to have an earlier than 3pm check in (in spite rooms were already available and no prior notice was given to us about this extra charge). To this extent we had to get changed in the bathroom with our business clothes and from there go to work. What is called "hospitality".

Gem across from Montparnasse station

Everything you could want for breakfast (eggs, fruit, cheeses, etc.). We stayed in a beautiful garden area out back. Big mirror, safe in room, automatic metal shutter door to block out light to sleep, minifridge. Delightful table for 2 outside the door. We had stayed in 4-star hotels the rest of our vacation which were lacking in things that this hotel supplied!

The location was very accessible to train station, metro and bus stops. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful - she was patient in answering our questions and made us feel welcomed. She offered us useful advice on how to get to various attractions too. The breakfast area was amazing - where water and simple food was easily available. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and pretty. Looks like it was newly renovated.
