    Pullman doesn’t disappoint! Everything about the hotel gives off a sense of comfortable luxury — from the friendly concierge and reception team, to the high-tech elevators, thoughtfully designed room layout, beautiful décor, and great facilities. The location is another big plus, with the Metro and bus lines just a few minutes’ walk away. The concierge team was also incredibly helpful and gave us some great recommendations for food nearby. It’s also in a safe and convenient arrondissement, which made us feel comfortable exploring the area. Overall, highly recommend the Pullman if you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and slightly luxurious stay in Paris!

    We stayed at Pullman Paris for 4 nights as a group of four girls, and unfortunately our experience was ruined by a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. We reported it to the staff multiple times throughout our stay, but the issue wasn’t properly resolved until the day before we checked out. By then, it was simply too late. Every evening after spending the day exploring and enjoying Paris, we had to return to a room that smelled so bad it made all of us feel nauseous. The odor eventually spread into the room itself, making it extremely unpleasant to relax or sleep. Considering the premium price we paid, this was incredibly disappointing and far below what we expected. While the staff did eventually improve the situation, it should never have taken almost the entire stay to fix such a serious issue. Sadly, based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
