The location is great for visiting the Louvre and Notre Dame. The AC worked good. The bed was comfortable and room was quiet
The room was very tight and the bathroom poorly designed. You have to open the shower door and place your feet in the shower to use the toilet.
The elevator had glitches. The spa pool was overrated. Broken jets and just a few working ones in odd places. We used it once. For the price, we expected a nicer accomodation. It wasnt horriable but not good value.

Everyone at the hotel was warm, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience feel very welcoming. The atmosphere is charming and intimate, with tasteful decor and a relaxing spa that’s perfect after a day exploring Paris.
The location in Saint‑Germain is excellent, within easy walking distance of the Louvre and the Seine, ideal for sightseeing. The room was on the smaller side, which is common in central Paris, but it was comfortable and well designed.
