    Central and well located, smart, good value, we felt relaxed, efficient, polite and helpful staff. Breakfast OK. WiFi variable. Upgraded to a very nice suite

    Unfortunately we had to argue about the charges as reception staff tried to impose a duplicate charge for the last two nights as we were leaving. When we convinced them (by showing emails and bank account transactions) that all four nights had been paid in advance they proceeded to charged us twice for the city taxes. We are still awaiting a refund for this. On a substantive note the accommodation is very dated and rooms do not have air conditioning.
