Property was in a great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a nice terrace to relax on.
Minor issue with the bathtub not draining properly and room was a little small. But overall a pleasant stay.

Clean, location next to the park was great for family, lovely neighborhood
Coffee at breakfast was not great. It was not clear from reservation whether bathtub was included and our room did not have it even though photos showed it. There is a problem on the top floor with the sound from what sounds like the boiler, which had a booming sound at the end of the day and got us dizzy.
