The staff, the room decoration, and the breakfast.

This ‘r a dislike, just an inconvenience. The location for the area was great but to go see major sites, it was a bit far. It did help to ga e public transportation very close.

Lovely relaxing room with a charming terrace - a great bed / large flat screen TV / fresh flowers in the room / very quiet despite roadworks outside / very attentive helpful staff

A small fridge would have been good especially in the heatwave / tissues in the bathroom

Nothing, it was all wonderful

I had two quite different experiences on the two occasions I stayed at the hotel last week. On the first night I had a very nice room, spacious and attractively decorated, which looked out over the street from the 3rd floor. The only negative was that the room was very dark, and one of the two lamps in the room did not work. The two other rooms I had were not of the same standard (see below). The staff at this hotel were really very helpful with everything I requested, and that does count for a lot. A lot of work needs to be done on most of the rooms, however.

On the second occasion, when I returned for a further night, I was given a truly awful room located on the ground floor at the back of the hotel. The room was so small that I was not able to pack my suitcase on the floor. The room smelt musty and was extremely dark. I could hear all the noise from the reception area straight in my room. What did impress me, however, was that when I raised my dissatisfaction with the reception staff, they immediately arranged to move me to another room. That room was a much better size, but was still dark and dingy and located at the back of the hotel.
