Great location and very comfortable room.
For such a famous 5star at this price we were left feeling a little underwhelmed. Tea cups not replaced, room service left in room after service, toiletries not replenished. It wasn’t poor but usually when we stay at a hotel priced like this we leave feeling pampered - on this occasion we didn’t.

We always stay at the the Lutetia when we are in Paris, it remains one of the best hotels in the world. The location, the staff and level of service are exceptional in every way.
