Clean, comfortable, good location.

Close to the metro and very clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Lucas (great local food recommendations), Ariane and Daro. The bar/lounge area was very nice to relax in and we were even able to eat our takeaway food there while waiting to leave after check out.

We had a comfortable stay; the helpful staff and convenient location made our visit enjoyable.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel’s convenient location near Montparnasse Station made catching the TGV effortless. The rooms and common areas were spotless and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay.

While the hotel offered many comforts, providing additional amenities such as an iron with ironing board, a kettle, drinking glasses, and a small selection of tea and coffee would further enhance the overall guest experience.

Location was fantastic! Lots to see and do in the surrounding area with many places to stop and enjoy the different food options that were available.

There wasn’t anything that I would change or do to improve as everything was lovely so well done to all.

Amazing stay!

The hotel overshoot my expecation. Rooms are very clean, the staff is super kind, and the breakfast is top notch. The main locations (tour eiffer, arc, etc) can be reached very easily. Special mention to Ariane, Lucas, Daro, Vladimir, Blanche, Vernon, Eloise, Olivier, and Dalva for their amazing hospitality. I hope to come back soon!!

I would offer a greater variety of sweet options at breakfast. I would avoid frozen pain au chocolats as they are tasteless.

Great service, friendly communication and amazing breakfast.

It is not the usual hotel where you call up the help desk to get your food delivered but more like self service hotel No lunch or dinner but they do have some snacks and drinks. Luckily the hotel has a lot of cafes around.

Fuss free hotel

Clean and kids friendly. In a quiet area and a lovely spacious lobby. Staff appear to be temps but all very patient and attentive. A solid 10 mins walk to Gare Montpartnasse where you can get breakfast or a 2 mins walk to Franprix convenience store.

The staff were very helpful but alternate on a frequent basis no decision makers at the reception. I booked two connecting room specifying that I will arrive very late but the hotel informed me they gave my connecting room away at check in. Obviously after a long flight it was quite a bother. They did arrange the connecting room the next day but no response on a room discount despite having left two messages and a text message for the management. No toothbrush amenities in the rooms.

The most friendly staff ever!

It was an excellent experience thanks to the intern receptionists that helped us with everything! Lobby well-designed, clean and spacious rooms, efficient service - totally worth every penny.

The socket over the bed was not useful as there was not enough space for the plug to fit in.

The hotel is good for your time in Paris if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to train station, metro and bus stops. There are restaurants, supermarkets and bars within walking distance. The beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom were a good size especially for Paris. Rooms get cleaned every day.

I didn’t like the casual feel of check-in. When entering the hotel there was no staff member on the floor to check us in so we were left wondering around the lobby for a while trying to figure out where to go. On our first night the hotel was very, very noisy and was difficult to sleep because of this.

Nothing that I like.

1. No mineral water and unavailable even when we ask. 2. Our 2 rooms were not cleaned at all on the 2nd day we stay. They said they miss these 2 rooms, and the housekeeping was mot avail when we request for cleaning. 3. Location quite far from the city.

Fabulous stay in Paris ... the hotel was excellent and so close to the Metro & Paris centre !!!

Really enjoyable stay at the IBIS Paris Gare Montparnasse Catalogne ... lovely modern and clean bedroom and bathroom. Would love to have our own tea making facilities in the room and a couple of English speaking channels on the television but it was excellent facilities for our stay in Paris. Really helpful and patient staff service throughout our stay 😁👍

The only small criticism would be a kettle in the room and some English speaking channels on the television in the bedroom. But that's is ... excellent all round really!

Superb

About half a kilometer walk from the Montparnasse Railway and Metro station, this place is an ideal location for business and leisure travelers. The property is well-built and well-maintained, staff allowed me a slightly late checkout. Hot breakfast is served every morning and there is a bar for evening cool down. Plenty of food and shopping options, including a food court, are all at a stone's throw distance, this is a traveler's paradise.

The lobby is very comfortable and you can work or rest before your train or your plane. The breakfast is very good.

The bedrooms are very small and when we booked a queen bed and a sofa bed, the first bedroom we get did not have a real two-places sofa. But the staff helped us and we were very satisfied after all.
