    Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty, and we also had problems with the electrical outlets. On top of that, the vent cover actually fell off while we were in the room, and maintenance had to come in and fix it while we were there. This made us even more concerned about the overall condition and maintenance of the room. The receptionist, Rovi, was extremely rude and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. I’m honestly amazed that this hotel has such good ratings on booking apps. After our experience, it really makes me question how reliable some hotel ratings and reviews are nowadays. The overall service and condition of the room were far below what we expected. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

    Great location - Eiffel Tower is walkable in approx 30 mins. Lots of high rated cafes and restaurants nearby. Bus stops to main attractions are really close to the hotel too. Filtered water including sparkling available on every floor.
