When you spoke to the right person the help was great. Great views from the upgraded room.
King size bed on castors does not work with a laminate floor. Error made with the room given to us initially but then the second also had the rolling bed problem. Different messages were given to us from different staff members for example the cost for breakfast. The beachfront room was great but the large shower and large toilet were not a great design. The main door did not fit properly. It is also time that lighting is improved at the small entrance to the complex.

Not possible to get a better room with a perfect view. The room was beautifully appointed. Very Lux. The staff were welcoming, helpful and very accommodating. We were well looked after for our every need including the restaurant. The menu had good choices and the lamb shank was yummy . The perfect stay I can not recommend The Sands enough. Currently the Sands is upgrading with a new deck which will only enhance the experience especially dinner or drinks while watching the sun set. In addition the bed was comfy and the shower hot and strong!
Can't fault this place at all.

Modern and comfortable room with plenty of space! Highlight was the patio doors out to the balcony space with a stunning view out to the beach and water, and the sound of the waves on the sand to fall asleep to. Nice and comfortable lounge seats to watch the water from. Room included fridge and kettle with cups and cutlery. Very comfortable bed and well appointed room.
Main part of the hotel was under construction whilst I was visiting so couldn't use outdoor pool facilities (was during winter anyways).
