Everything from an upgrade to excellent facilities,great staff and ambience etc etc

Nothing, only a few issues with the washing machine/dryer in guest laundry

Spacious, clean and modern. Can walk straight from unit on to the beach. Amazing views.

Very friendly staff. The room was a good size, nice big comfy bed, warm as. Nice wall lamps once I figured out how to work them.

The water in the shower is touchy, or otherwise I don't know how to control it properly. Also the shampoo and conditioner need to be mounted somewhere in the shower, not in the vanity drawer. ALSO, there was no soap. I had to ask for those after coming back from a long first day at my uncle's tangi. And the bathroom floor creaks badly. Also put a shelf or something in the shower. I noticed there's no phone in the unit so I had to phone reception on my mobile phone. The second night someone was parked in my immediate space and the ones all along that row of units. I wouldn't have minded but I have a disability and getting to my unit that night was a nuisance as some stairs were blocked off due to the current renovations.
