Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size and a twin, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, and an open plan sitting and dining area. To the outside is off road parking and a small patio at the rear and a shared raised lawn. Located in a lovely setting and close to places of interest, 63 Rosetta Road is a charming retreat in a peaceful part of Scotland.
Amenities: Central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample roadside parking. Small patio at rear and shared raised lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Although this property is all ground floor, there are several steps up to this property.

Lovely flat and perfect for what we needed. I did send a message at the beginning of my booking (months before my arrival) but this was not answered, I had to find the information about bus travel by contacting the tourist board instead.

We stayed a week and found the apartment very comfortable and well equipped. It is also centrally located for an easy walk into town. It was very cold when we visited Peebles but the apartment was nice and warm.

In spite of thé rain a cosy and quiet.easy to Park not too far from town.we are. French so appreciate thé kitchen for cooking
