Superb
Great position of the house, right in front of sea. We used place on top of the house for sunbathing, there you have perfect privacy. Its very close to Lumbarda so in short distance you can find bars and restaurants. Grocery store is about 1 km from house, we enjoyed to walk there because you need to walk along the sea and harbor where you can sent small boats, water bikes etc.
Only disadvatnage is that its right on walkpath along sea. Few people walks from time to time right in front of house because walkpath is between house and your private molo. I missed there washing maschine.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen , allerdings die Gefahr der unfertigen Terrasse, ist mit Kindern nicht in Ordnung!
Gute Lage , Sauberkeit war sehr gut
Die Terrasse ist noch nicht fertig ,keine Geländer, und somit eine Gefahr runter zu stürzen, gerade mit Kindern nicht empfehlenswert! Ein Privatstrand ist es allerdings nicht , da ständig Leute entlang laufen , stehen bleiben , man ist nicht alleine .

5* für die Lage - besser geht es fast nicht
Die Lage ist unübertroffen! Man steht morgens auf und springt direkt ins glasklare herrlich erfrischende Wasser. Kocht sich danach einen Kaffee in der gut ausgestatteten Küche und genießt diesen im windigen Schatten des Hauses mit einem malerischen Blick auf das Meer und das Gebirge. Besser geht es fast nicht.
Was leider wirklich fehlt, auch wenn es nicht besonders umweltfreundlich ist, ist eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Durchschwitzte Nächte sind in der Summe halt nicht erholsam.
