Cozy apartman, at a silent part of Orebic. Very kind owner, super clean, comfortable rooms. Good parking opportunity in the garden.

By the book example what is wrong with the concept of the Croatian tourism

It was spacious (cca 70m2), had balcony and plenty of hot water, which is important because it can be issue in Dalmatia. Had decent equipped kitchen and possibility of the grill.

We really do not understand under what criteria did place earned 9,2/10 grade in the review ratings? Besides place being clean and having plenty of the hot water, nothing else is an value for the money. The owner was pushy, spamming us with the warning messages what to do, what not to do, even before we arrived. She also ripped us off for an additional costs of 108€, under the explanination that "it stated under the terms and conditions, but people doesn't read well". She asked 7€ per day for the usage of the AC (!!!!!), and 5€/day for a pet. ("Pet friendly, but under the additional fee). In total - 70€/day payed upfront and 13€/day on site. Apartment had hideous "bathroom section" - just one part of the open space, separated from the rest of the space with the thin curtain and saloon doors! Even we are an intimate couple, we really don't wanna share call of nature with each other, so every time when needed to use the bathroom, said to each other- "natural call alter", and made a joke outta it. The apartment is in the attick, and you can reach it thru the suicidal spiral staircase. "Sea view" - small round window in the apartment, and on the corners of the balcony, across the roof and TV antenna. "Mountain view" - on the construction sites behind the last street in the village, and view on the other tourist using the pool nex too. Example of everything what is wrong with the Croatian tourism. Never again, avoid it.. there are lots of more details, but we just decided that nothing gonna spoil our vacation. I am still wandering how she didn't charge us 1x usage of the grill, and new set of the towles! Becaide when I asked for the toilet paper - "in my offer toilet paper is not included! You got an welcome role, but gonna give you one roll, of course, till you manage!" (!?!??!?!

We would like to point out that the host, Visnja, was very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean.

When we were booking the apartment, we could not tell that the apartment we would be staying at did not have any walls. Bathroom was separated from the rest of the space via curtain and salloon style doors. The airconditioning was not enough to properly cool the apartment.

Wspaniałe miejsce na wypoczynek

Spędziliśmy w Vila Vida 10 cudownych dni (14.07-24.07.25) i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Obiekt jest położony w cichym i malowniczym miejscu, z jednej strony z widokiem na morze a z drugiej na góry. Apartament bardzo czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. W kuchni zastaliśmy dosłownie wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Pozytywnie zaskoczylo nas to, że zastaliśmy nawet takie środki czystości jak: tabletki do zmywarki, zel pod prysznic, mydlo czy płyn do naczyń. Dzięki czemu nie musieliśmy już od pierwszego dnia szukać sklepu żeby funkcjonować na urlopie:) Przy obiekcie dostępny jest ocieniony parking, miejsce na grilla oraz meble ogrodowe co było dużym udogodnieniem. Gospodyni obiektu to niezwykle miła i przyjazna osoba co sprawiło, że czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze. To czego nigdy nie zapomnimy, to smak warzyw a zwłaszcza smak i zapach papryki ktorą otrzymliśmy z ogródka właścicielki. Najlepsza jaką w życiu jadłam!!! :) Villa Vida to idealne miejsce zarówno na spokojny wypoczynek, jak i jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Pelješaca i pobliskich wysp. Na pewno tam wrócimy!
