Large Terrace Apartment

Had a large private balcony overlooking the water/marina. Walking distance old city

Not a problem for us but tub/shower very high up. Not easy in/out of tub.

Loved the location and views. Host was lovely and gave us great recommendations.

The host/owner Dalibor was great and on hand very promptly if any questions or messages sent through. He was friendly, left a few welcoming bits which is always a nice touch. We were provided the option of the upgrade to the larger apartment with an extra room (3 bedrooms) adjacent to the original one we booked which we were lucky to get with it being 4 of us. We made good use of the spacious apartment with a great living room and kitchen facility. It was clean and well organised. The property backs on to a small marina and is suitable for a dip. Unfortunately weather wasn't on our side during our short time to the island so we couldn't really make use of the bikes or canoe, although it was great to be provided the option.

Korcula is a great place to stay. The apartment was clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was lovely. The balcony is a good size. It's a 15 min walk into town. The directions were accurate and the apartment was easy to find. There is a washing machine and dish washer, there were capsules for both. Good size fridge, a bottle of water and carton of fruit juice left for us. We had new towels left out for use. Communication with the host was good, they responded quickly to any communication.

Basic accomodation. The apartment needs an update. There is a shower over the bath but no mount to hold the shower head. Bathroom window doesn't close. Paintwork in the bedroom in poor condition. Cracked tile on the floor. Drawer handles missing in the kitchen area. Sofa upholstery in need of a clean. Outside chair cushions in poor condition. The balcony has a mismatch of chairs and tables. A mossie hot spot, prepare to either cover up, get one of the outdoor mosquito coils or suffer multiple bites. I would not stay here again or recommend.
