Very memorable and peacful stay

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the old town and Peljesac. Very friendly and helpful host. Spacious, centrally located apartment with the nice walk to the old town. We didn't mind the steps at all.

Beautiful stay

Fantastic view of the Old Town, beach and Peljesac peninsula across the water. Sunrise well-worth waking up at 5am. Everything is walking distance, we did not use the car once we arrived. Nicely appointed apartment in relatively new house with everything on the same level.

We did not mind stairs and appreciated the exercise, but this is a classical place on the coast with multitude of stairs leading up to the apartment. (Unless in the first row of houses along the beach, this is very hard to avoid near old town). Be mindful how many groceries you get at once .

The accomodation is in a beautiful location just outside old town which gives amazing views at night. Nicola is a very welcoming and good host. The appartment is very spacious and bright.

a wonderful visit

The view was incredible and the apartment was close to old town. We used the local bus to go to two wine regions. lambarda and smokvica. There were some stairs, from town to the apartment, not too many but, it was nice of the host to pick us up from the ferry.

The internet bus schedule was wrong,. make sure you check with a person.

Amazing terrace and view, perfect position very-close to the centre, spacious and nice flat, the owner and his wife are such a nice people taking care of each guest. We had an incredible time and will definitely be back.

Great view and spacious apartment!

Poor quality WiFi. There is no WiFi at the property so you have to piggyback off the WiFi of a neighbouring apartment hence you can’t get WiFi at all in half the apartment, for example, the bedrooms. There is a hidden cleaning fee that is only added after checkout. This is very disconcerting!

Great place to stay in Korcula. just a 10 minute walk from where the ferries dock.

Premier view is the perfect name as it has magnificent views of the ocean and the old city. It is a very spacious apartment and fit our family of 5 very comfortably. Nikola was a great host and very helpful.

Really premier VIEW!

It is a big, well-equipped appartement with a wonderful view on sea, old town and one of the central harbour. It is very close to everything by walk - beach, old town, shops, harbour, restaurants. We've spent a lot of time on balkony and enjoy fantastic panorama. Host is very nice and helpful. If you need anything, he is tryting to do his best.

Beach with sunbeds were missing, but it is possible that we did not cover this.

Relax & Watch Korcula's Active Harbor Scene

Nikola is absolutely the perfect host -- the friendliest guy ever!. He met us as planned and made sure that we had everything that we needed at all times. This apartment has a lot of space, a nice working kitchen, great laundry,...... And , The View from Nikola's Terrace is unforgettable! You simply do not want to leave this place! You are in The Penthouse, so there is nothing blocking your view over the sea, down to Old Town Korcula, and across to the Pelijasac Peninsula --- Sea Gulls & Yachts & Swimmers & Windsurfers below you --- quiet action all day long --- but, very private.

Superb

Probably one of the best views in Korcula. Amazing terrace with fixed cover to create plenty of shade; the only improvement here would be a retractable awning. 4 minute walk down the steps to the Old Town (a little longer coming back up!) Comfy beds, fast wifi, well equipped kitchen. You don't really need anything more.

The kitchen wasn't as clean as hoped - inside the cupboards was a bit dusty. Everything else (shower, toilet etc.) was very clean. Airco worked well in the lounge but doesn't seem to reach the bedrooms which can get a bit hot. Parking - this is not a negative, but just reality. This is old town Croatia, and it was not designed for big cars. You need to be pretty confident in knowing the size of your car for parking and turning around in this narrow street, but it is perfectly possible if you have something smaller than a Range Rover!

Obviously the view from the terrace. Location is excellent. Nicola was very helpful. Large penthouse terrace was great for having breakfast. But best was the after dinner drinks watching Korcula at night.
