Great place and location - Fantastic host

Josip was a fantastic host. He met us at the parking spot to help us with parking and with our suitcases. He gave us a lot of great recommendations in the area and he was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, great setup, I loved the cute kitchen that had all the basics you might need for a short stay. The balcony has a good view of Korcula and the place is only 10 min walk to the center of Korcula. There are restaurants, bars and a cute local beach just down the road. Highly recommended place.

Perfect Family 2-Bedroom Apartment

Josip, the host, was kind and welcoming. He waited for us to arrive (he lives in the same building as the rental apartments) and showed us around the apartment. He also gave us a ride to the port the morning we departed because we had to catch a 6:00am ferry. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment for 2 nights – our favorite part was the big balcony terrace with amazing views of the Adriatic. The apartment itself is large and very clean. It had everything we needed: a washing machine with detergent supplied, a sizeable kitchen where we cooked several meals, comfortable beds, and strong air conditioning (very important in the Croatian summer). Two bathrooms are also a great feature! The location is not directly in Old Town but the walk takes literally just a few minutes and is no problem. Also, the best local beach is just a block or two away from the apartment.

What a gem! Just a 10 min walk from the harbourside we were met by our very welcoming host. The apartment was immaculate and the balcony view was to die for. So relaxing and peaceful. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful views, close to beach and old town with lovely host

EVERYTHING. My partner and I loved this apartment. Josip was an amazing host who gave us clear directions to the apartment and even welcomed us with fresh watermelon which was amazing given the heat of the day. We travelled to Korcula to visit places where my great grandfather lived and Josip was also very friendly and helpful in that regard. The apartment has beautiful views and has a beach down the road and a short walk to the ferry / old town. Loved, loved, loved it!

Super value for money

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and spotless clean, equipped with everything one needs, and a big terrace perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun. Just a short walk from the old town, yet extremely quiet. The beds were comfortable and the dedicated parking space next to the apartment was very convenient. Josip was very friendly and communicated proactively ahead of our trip. We only stayed 2 nights but the apartment would also be perfect for longer stays.

Stunning views, lots to see but very relaxing.

The host Josip gave us such a warm welcome. We had everything we needed it was like a home from home, with an amazing view. Great location, beautiful place, can’t fault in any way.

The apartment was very comfortable and had a lovely view and we enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was clean and well appointed. We noticed several kitchen items available for use. There was a washing machine with soap provided. The patio offered a beautiful view of the water. The neighborhood was super quiet. Not sure about the parking situation as we came by ferry and didn’t have a car during our stay. Loved having two bathrooms (only one with a shower). The host was super nice and met us near the corner to direct us to the apartment. He also drove us to the ferry on our day of departure. That was so very kind of him!!!

Great apartment, lovely hosts and amazing balcony view!

Lovely hosts who are so friendly and welcoming! They even picked us up from the ferry port which we hugely appreciated and allowed us to do some washing too. Room was ready super early which was great. The balcony view is amazing. Clean, cute apartment which although very small has been thoughtfully designed to maximise space where possible. Really good location few mins from the beach but set back so really quiet at night. The hob is basic but works really well and we were able to cook multiple times.

The only thing is that the Wi-Fi isn’t great which means the tv doesn’t really work properly if you want to use if for Netflix / Amazon as the programmes glitch / won’t load. Wasn’t a big issue for us but if you plan to watch tv then it’s not really possible. It would also be great if there was an extractor fan for cooking but you can just open windows.

Pleasant stay in Korcula

We greatly enjoyed the view from the terrace. Air-conditioning worked really well, which was great considering we visited during a heat wave. Short walk to the old town. Mini market nearby. Josip is a great host and was happy to a answer any questions we had, he even picked us up from the ferry when we arrived.

The mattress was not very comfortable.

Perfect location with amazing views

I highly recommend staying at the Apartments Filippi. Great host, who met us at the ferry port. Amazing views from the balcony. Everything was very clean and comfortable. A/C which was great on the really hot days. If I go back to Korcula I will definitely stay here again. Outside the center, which was nice and quiet, but a short walk to old town. Beach close by and easy to access.

Excellent!!!!

First of all the owner Mr Josip was amazing. He kept a parking space for us at the nearby public parking lot. He gave us great suggestions on restaurants and things to do. We stayed in a studio apartment with balcony and sea view, overlooking Korcula old town and Peljesac peninsula. The apartment was very well equipped, within walking distance of Banje beach, shop and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and Mr Josip's hospitality.

Warm recomendation

We really like everything, from the begining to the end. The owners were really nice. Apartman is perfect, you have everything that you need. Seaview is amazing. 5 minutes walk distance to the city centre and really quiet at night. There are lot of free parking spaces close to the nearby hotels ( in the high season you will have to pay). Warm recomendation!

Nice apartment with a lovely view

It was a very nice apartment with a great little terrace and the view of the old town. Nice and clean and the hosts were helpful. Parking is not reserved but the host helped us find a parking space and gave us al the necessary instructions so there was no issue with that. Location is just a few minutes from the old town. We didn't use the kitchenette, but it seemed to have all the basics covered.
