Apartments Cvitanović Korčula

Great location, close to the beach and the town. The outside deck was lovely and the apartment and really nicely decorated. It had everything that we needed:

Can get pretty hot in the bedrooms as the aircon is in the living room.

We noticed many ants during our stay, despite keeping all food put away & leaving no crumbs. They were primarily in the bathroom, kitchen, and at least one of the two bedrooms. When we asked about this issue, the hosts mentioned they had this issue previously in the neighborhood, applied anti-ant powder outdoors, and told US to hoover them ourselves. They offered "20% off on future stays," which did not address the issue with our current stay. Who wants to sleep somewhere with ants crawling around? Unfortunately, we loved Korčula, but we would much rather stay with someone else if/when we return. Additionally, there is one AC for the entire apartment, and no fans are available for the bedrooms. Small, coarse towels (as other reviews have mentioned), and awkward living room seating. I was willing to work with the hosts & would have preferred to solve it with them - however, they proved to be stubborn & unwilling to work with us, so I felt the need to warn other travelers with this review. Please beware.
