Beautiful view

Amazing view from our balcony and being right next to the sea for early morning swim! The apartment was light and welcoming, very comfortable bed. Nicely decorated. Good WiFi. We appreciated the large French windows overlooking the sea and sitting on the balcony for our breakfast! The host was very kind, gave us everything we needed! Very easy access to boat taxi or bus to Korcula Town. A very easy going, friendly and enjoyable village.

Shower was a bit old but adequate.

It would be hard to find a better place.

Top location, very friendly hosts, clean apartment, private beach with sunbeds and sunshades, crystal clear water. The sea is so close that you can hear it while you sleep. Peaceful surroundings, yet still close to the center of Lumbarda with its bars, shops, and restaurants. I definitely recommend it!

Relaxing

The hosts were great! They helped us with anything we needed, and did "the little extra" such as driving us, bringing cookies etc. The best part is that the private little beach is just outside. They have sunbeds and watertoys for the guests to use - perfect for a relaxing holiday. We spent most days here, but went to the nearby islands as well. The taxi boat is near the property. There are restaurants and a great ice cream bar around the corner, but one can also cook in the apartment.

Everything was great. The furniture could be updated, but they are just fine as they are and the pictures are accurate.

Very pleasant experience in Lumbarda

The apartment is in beautiful, calm location in Lumbarda. Private beach directly in front of the apartment is perfect. Our host, Mrs. Frankica was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. The room was clean, sufficiently equipped with all the things we needed for simple cooking and the view from balcony was beautiful. We wish to come back next year.

Nikolina Apartments is a exceptional place with wonderfull accomodation, great food with new breakfast ideas every morning, wonderfull sea view but the most of all great owners. Frankica, Barba Ante and Mrs. Jolanda are great as a hosts and wonderfull people. I would recommend Nikolina Apartments to everyone with message YOU WON'T REGRET....Pure 10!!! Exceptional

My parents stayed here for a week and were absolutely in love with the place. The apartment is even more beautiful than on photos with gorgeous wide terrace a stone throw to the sea and your own part of the beach. However, the best part are the host you can only dream of. They are definitely coming back and so are all of us who heard their stories.

First of all the hosts are really nice and welcoming people, and people truely make a place. We had a nice breakfest every morning. The place is clean and true to the pictures. It was beautiful waking up to the sound of waves because the apartment is practically on the beach. I recommend this place from the heart.

Gorgeous location, great hospitality

The location is tucked away with a small beach on the street but still walking distance of the restaurants and ice cream. We walked to two fantastic wineries, and ran to the other local beach and park paths. 10 min drive to Old Town Korcula. The rooms were perfect for us- not fancy but clean and everything you need. Showers are small so keep that in mind, but fine for us. Host and hostess were AMAZING! It was great to have access to them every morning at breakfast to ask about wineries, get trash bags, etc. Breakfast was basic but lots of it, our kids were happy so that’s all that matters. Hostess spoke enough English, also speaks German and Italian. Truly hope to go back again!!!

You will leave your heart in lumbarda

Where do I start, the hosts were so kind and both very pleasant, I really didn't want to leave, Jolanda makes a awesome breakfast every morning, I always make a lunch with the breakfast leftovers. The location is perfect for, food, taxi boats, beach right outside. It is such a beautiful apartment every morning the view takes your breath away. I will definitely come back and hopefully learn German so I can speak to jolanda.

Great location with amazing views

Amazing view from the room. Very clean. Check in was easy and the hosts were very nice and welcoming. We liked the short walk to Bilin Žal beach (along the coastal track as you turn right coming out of property) - soft sand, crystal water... parasols and sun beds available to rent. Also wine tasting and antipasto platter at Popić Winery.

Whilst very clean, we felt the bed (mattress) and bedding were a bit worn and dated. Otherwise the room was comfortable

Everything was perfect. Large and clean appartment right by the sea with small private 'beach' on the pier, good breakfasts and really nice and friendly hosts. Free parking in front of the house was also great.

Blizu plaže.

Smrad po vlagi v vseh tkaninah - brisače, posteljnina in vzglavnike bolje prinesite svoje (če se že odločite za bivanje tukaj, kar odsvetujem). Vsa oprema je dotrajana, vse je staro in/ali nizkocenovno, marsikaj se že razpada. Komarji. Niti enkrat nas niso vprašali, če je vse ok, če kaj potrebujemo...nikoli ponudili menjavo brisač in posteljnine po skoraj 2 tednih bivanja. Gostitelji se izogibajo stikov z gosti, nobene zahvale ob zaključku. Ne vem od kod tako visoka skupna ocena na Bookingu, ker je to bila med najslabšimi nastanitvami, kjer smo bivali. Bližina plaž le in lokacija tik ob morju sta prijetni na prvi pogled, a oprema in porazno vzdrževanje (najbolj smrad po vlagi) ne omogočata sproščenega uživanja.
