This hotel was beautiful and in a great location with easy access to mons train station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the hotel rooms are modern, clean and spacious

Room was excellent. Very clean . Breakfast had a good choice and cooked omelets as required.

Nice restaurant and area
Shower leaked and they didn’t have anyone on staff to repair and just said “sorry’,” until my coworker insisted on getting us a new room. The shower didn’t drain so water was all over the floor.
The alarm went off every 10 mins. Not because the door was not closed all the way but after the door was shut the other alarm went off all night. Again all they said was “sorry.” Just not professional management skills to resolve issues or offer a solution
