I'd probably skip it the next time around. Didnt feel the cost justified the value.

The hotel is well placed and has a bunch of amenities.

It's generally a bit used. The pool wasnt super clean. The jacuzzi in the room had dirt seeping out of the nozzles.

Well located. Many things to improve.

Well located, free and easy parking. A small canal at the back with resting areas and a path where you can run. Nice buffet at the restaurant. Well dressed breakfast. Big rooms.

Staff more queen on chatting together than to greeting customers passing in front of their desk. Hair dryer useless, no power at all. Mirror in bathroom foggy when shower goes on, revealing its lack of cleanliness. Lifts area is a bit gloomy.

Mediocre, has aspirations above its station which its facilities and location do not warrant.

The location was good for walking into town whilst still having out of town facilities. It also has a fully opening window which I like as I find locked ones claustrophobic.

The female receptionist was abrupt on arrival. All other staff were polite. The bottle bank was under our window and was filled and emptied several times throughout our stay, every day this happened and then the bins were emptied by a truck so noises again The ‘free’ mini bar was a bit of a joke as it consisted of coffee and water. Calling for room service I was asked to go down and collect at 11pm. No mention was made that the sauna was an extra cost. There is nowhere really to sit in the evening unless you are eating or drinking. The rooms have a separate toilet to the bathroom which is very odd. The TV is at least 10yrs old and off centre to the bed. The paring ticket system for cars is odd but liveable. Having to get a new ticket, I have never come across that before. The mandate to remove baseball caps was also a bit odd and made me wonder if they had had problems in the past. Likewise the dress requirement (to be decently dressed). What were they expecting?? Summing pool was basic and metal bikes all round the pool so not relaxing. No swimming costume dryer or bag to put costume in. Had to carry our towels from the bedroom and back up soaking wet and then go to reception for new ones. I’d have asked to move rooms but it didn’t feel like the place that would accommodate. I’d ask for a refund of some cost as I didn’t feel welcomed or relaxed esp with the glass bottle bin below our room.

I rated the hotel “Excellent” because it delivered exactly what a business traveler needs, like efficiency, comfort, and professionalism. The service was seamless, the amenities were thoughtfully designed for productivity, and every detail from check-in to checkout, ran like clockwork. It allowed me to focus on work without distractions.

My stay was too short so I didn’t get to see nor enjoy the wellness and enjoyment part 😂

Free parking was a bonus. On site restaurant and bar, plus food was good especially for hotel food.

The pool and spa area was always crowded Due to local building work opposite the hotel at access to the town by foot is very difficult

Very bad experience at the Spa/Swimming pool on a Sunday Morning. Not sure this is a place for teenagers. They did not respect the fact we were several people swinning quietly. They were loud screming and jumping into the water splashing everyone. Several personns move to the other side of the swimming pool ( on the other side of the wall). This ruined a bit the experience. Not a good timing to relax.
