Only the location, very close to the centre

Room was not cleaned properly, toilet and the sink were dirty, our room door was broken , was not closing properly, we informed the receptionist only to hear, close the door properly then, because we found our door open whwn we returned from outside…

The B&B hotel is in a very central location. A few minutes walk to the Grand Place where you can find a beautiful square surrounded with cafe,s bars & restaurants. On the doorstep you can find a sandwich shop a takeaway a full sized supermarket & a corner shop. Just a few paces away is a launderette.

Friendly people. You can store your bicycles behind the reception or in your room. The room was very spacious. Clean and comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Good en delicious breakfast buffet. Late check out time.

It was very warm at night. Even on a cool summerday. Felt like the heating was on at night.

Location was within a few minutes walk to the centre of town and restaurants.

Parking garage was extremely tight to navigate. Some rooms did not have AC.

Wouldn’t go again.

Typical budget hotel.

The staff on the front desk were useless. It took over 50 minutes to book in. They couldn’t find our reservations, even though I had all the reservation details. The room we got put in was ok but our friends were put on an attic floor amidst the decorators . Luckily we were only staying one night. Room was cleanish, but the toilet hadn’t been flushed from whoever used it last. Breakfast was average with minimal choices.

The room we got was comfy and fitted our needs well. We did get a upgrade to a suite so that helped. Nice location and we were able to use the parking nearby.

On of the walls looked like it had water damage. Made the beds and took the trash but did not add wc paper.

Bad breakfast experience and very noisy

The cleanliness was average. The hotel barely has basic services. The breakfast was included, but in 20 min from the opening time everything was finished and replenished very slowly, to the point of not being able to have breakfast. Very noisy. Many groups shouting in the corridors late at night. Nobody said anything to them. When I return to Mons I will look for another hotel. Definitely not this one.

Room was big enough, beds were comfy and everything was clean. Location is very good, short walk from the main city square. Internet was working very well. Parking is available in the street, just mind the signs

Bathroom - clean but awfully uncomfortable and the hotel has an issue with water pressure - shower had barely enough pressure to wash your hair and water temperature was changing randomly which is rather unpleasant. There was no soap at the sink - you had to pump shower gel from the shower and shuffle back to the sink to wash hands. The window has a very unpleasant plastic curtain so if you close it there is no more airflow, even if the window is wide open 🤷 Check-in was weird. I booked without breakfast and I was informed about three times that if I wanted to have breakfast after all I need to pass by the reception and pay for it because there is an ACCESS CONTROL. Well, busted, I totally planned on stealing breakfast 😐 and I had absolutely no idea that hotels have lists and they check their guests. Seriously...

I recommend this hotel to anyone and would come back with pleasure, if given the chance.

Room - very clean, practical furniture and appliances; Breakfast - Not Applicable (it was my choice not to have it, but it was available, for a decent price); Location - Excellent (short walking distance to the city center/ Grand Place - 9 min - 700m)

Book luxury room not standard

Liked the room that we had to pay extra for - but that didnt meet all our expectations. The parking around the hotel was free at the weekend.

We booked a standard room which was in the loft of the hotel with velux windows. There was no air conditioning and when we opened the windows we could hear all the traffic and the noise was unbearable. The heat in the room was far too hot to keep the windows closed, and there was only a fan to use. We eventually asked to move rooms and we paid the extra for the luxury room which was loads better. The hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel, but the standard rooms were 3 star at best.

A hotel to revisit

Everything about the hotel was positive...the room/bathroom itself, the peace and quiet, the quite superb breakfast, the private parking and the proximity of the centre of Mons...not forgetting the helpfulness and friendliness of the desk staff. I would have no hesitation in revisiting ...

Exceptional

Wonderful hotel- nice location not far from the town center. It's so nice that there is sauna and jacuzzi! After busy day and long walking - it was so pleasant to relax in jacuzzi. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect.

It seemed that a renovation took place some years ago, but still some parts i.e the faucets in bathroom and wc had not been changed.
