A charecterful hotel and a welcome stop for a cyclist

This hotel has a lot of character. A world away from your usual chain ubiquitousness. I was able to put my bicycle in the garage for safe storage which was great.

A little more breakfast variety would be good.

We came late at night, but they were very helpfull and open with for example finding a place to dry our tent - recommended!

La localización es muy centrica.

Hotel casposo, Viejo y descuidado. Llevo 25 años viajando por trabajo en Europa, este Hotel es muy lamentable, el parquet del suelo de la habitación desgastado hace 15 años, ahora ya destrozado, un ruido o al andar de locos, colchones viejos, sillón de la habitación hundido. Muy cutre todo. Hotel a evitar, sin ambajes.

Très agréable séjour, trop court hélas !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire fort sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet était bien achalandé et la nourriture qui le composait mentionnait les noms de producteurs locaux. La chambre était vaste, calme et donnait sur un petit jardin (dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter vu la saison) mais qui doit être une petite merveille en été, ceinturé de hauts murs et joliment fleuri. Le lit était confortable et la baignoire un luxe ! Wifi OK

Nous avions une chambre au Rez de chaussé, à côté de l’accueil, mais nous entendions beaucoup les allers et venues, ce que m’a réveillé.

Très bon séjour à Valenciennes

Je connaissais déjà cet hôtel 2 étoiles pour y être venu plusieurs fois. Il est simple, mais très propre et surtout situé vraiment au cœur de Valenciennes. Le personnel est très sympathique et le petit déjeuner copieux pour un prix raisonnable. Un bon rapport "qualité/prix."

Ce n'est peut-être pas possible, mais il faudrait peut-être ajouter une deuxième marche à la sortie de la marche de la petite salle de bain ou mettre un panneau "attention à la marche" dans la salle de bain !

In einem ruhigen Viertel gegenüber einer Kirche. Zimmer sehr geräumig, ebenfalls das Bad gut ausgestattet. Gutes Frühstück, was man dazu buchen kann.
