A brand new apartment at a great price! And a swimming pool

A brand new apartment, 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two singles, and a balcony with an amazing view. Underground secure parking. Access to a swimming pool. Great value!

It is an apartment in an senior home, so best to be aware of that. Some of the facilities in the apartment kitchen could be better.

totally disgusting

what ever you do, do not even think about staying here. they have no idea, they wouldnt let us use the toilet, wouldnt even tell us how to get into the hotel. we eventualy went somewhere else. it is all fenced and locked like a prison. the receptionist was was disgusting. im from australia, even i can say hello and thankyou in french, if you want international tourist at least have an idea. we wont be back to france, the most unhelpful people. i cant say how bad this place is, booking. com should remove it from their site.

It was very convenient for us to stay in this location and we’ll no doubt use this accommodation again in the near futur

The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than expected. The car park was secure.

The free WiFi connection was good but didn’t provide reliable internet connection. I couldn’t even contact my resident relative via WhatsApp in the same building. Which we thought was rather poor. The staff were informed but didn’t seem interested. It was a problem for us and also turned out to be a problem for most residents.

Pas de bouilloire, pas de cafetière comme indiqué. Il manquait des ustensiles. 2 petites serviettes et 2 normales pour 4.

Pas suffisamment de lisibilité sur le partage des espaces avec les seniors

Le calme et l’appartement

Nulle part il était stipulé que nous étions dans une résidence seniors. De plus le service notamment le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur d’un service hôtelier. Une forte odeur de cigarette est présente dans le couloir. Enfin impossible d’avoir accès au parking malgré des places libres. Il faut donc se garer dans la rue qui longe la résidence et qui est en travaux donc très peu praticable.

Confort et convivialité...

Appartement propre, personnel au top, que dire de plus... Literie très confortable, cuisine équipée, salle de bains spacieuse... Et le bonus Domitys en plus : la piscine et son sauna. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute...

La résidence est un peu difficile à trouver sans un GPS à jour (c'était mon cas...). Les places de parking louées sont difficilement accessibles en fauteuil roulant... mais la gentillesse du personnel fait oublier ces petits désagréments.

Appartement hôtel avec un réel intérêt si les engagements étaient mieux respectés

Pratique pour un voyage avec un enfant en bas âge. plusieurs options intéressantes lors du séjour, pas dans mon cas en tout cas.

Pas de parking dispo comme dit dans l'annonce. Travaux tout autour du bâtiment donc pas terrible du tout. Ménage pas fait à la réception de la chambre. Nouvelle chambre donnée mais vaisselle sale non vérifiée, joint de salle de bain moisit. Simple drap sur le matelas qui bouge facilement.

Personnels peu accueillant, On a vite l’impression de déranger quand on se renseigne sur les règles de l’établissement. Piscine non accessible pourtant rien n’est indiqué sur le site alors que c’est bien l’image mise en avant concernant l’hôtel. La faute à pas de chance peut être , à bon entendeur ;)

Mini séjour agréable appartement bien équipé et calme dans la résidence autonome pour personnes âgées. Très surprise de l endroit mais très agréable c est sur je reviendrais. Plutôt pas mal chambre spacieuse vraiment propre. Douche au top, personnel au top et toujours présent même en pleine nuit. Parking surveillé, au top ! Je reviendrai surement.

Petit point négatif, ce n’est pas indiqué que c’était une résidence avec habitant … Je pensais à un simple hôtel, avec ensemble de chambre.

Très bel appartement. À l'intérieur de la résidence, c'est calme et agréable. Franchement l'espace bien être est top.

À proximité d'un passage à niveau, de la gare et du tramway. Ce n'est pas gênant en journée, ni la nuit sauf si vous avez le sommeil léger comme moi.

Niet schoon, stof onder het bed en op de plinten. Het rook naar sigaretten, vies schoonmaak doekje bij de kraan. Geen zeep. Details misschien, maar een hoop was net niet goed.

Було просторо і чисто.Номер був досить зручний і гарний.

По-перше не вказано попередньо що парковка платна 8Є. По-друге сніданок ти вибираєш при заселенні на ледь роздрукованій листівці де половину принтер не продрукував і у висновку всеодно не отримуєш те за що заплатив. Нас було четверо, чоловік замовив чай його не приготували але чашку поставили(брудну) ми попросили принести і вони викликали когось з ресторану щоб ця людина налила нам кипʼятку. Пропонують тільки багети, круасан і хліб до цього можна взяти масло, повидло і йогурт. А з напоїв можна тільки чай і каву, також сік. Ми взяли дитині але він був дуже гіркий.Це не варто 14 Є
