Excellent hotel for stop off on route back to UK from the Alps
Great building with lots of character. Right in centre of town. Very Friendly staff and excellent food.
Room was warm but it was a hot day and an electric fan had been provided.

Old-world charm with some hitches.
Great restaurant and historic charm. Staff were helpful and it’s a beautiful building. Parking was convenient for a fee. Evening meal was amazing and very good and kind service. Amazing croissants and bread for breakfast.
Expected old world charm, but didn’t expect only a bath with shower hose. Made for an uncomfortable way to wash especially as it was a very warm day and night. Also there were a lot of spiders and even a centipede on our room despite everything looking clean and tidy. Very warm room so the fan provided was appreciated.

16th century Inn with modern comforts and good restaurant.
Wonderful old 16th century Inn in the centre of town. Quirky and fun. Huge room and very big bathroom. Excellent and unusual restaurant with lovely staff - roasting meat on a spit over a fire.
The bath towels were on the small side.

Great food and lovely large room in a very old property. Good location in the centre with public parking opposite if the free places are taken.
There was no air con as mentioned probably due to the age of the property over 600 years old. Fans were provided but in 32 degree heat not altogether effective. Our neighbours in the room above also started walking around on all the creaky floorboards in the early hours so not a good sleep. I know this is not the fault of the hotel but I did book after searching for air con in a property, so maybe the description needs to be corrected please.

Superb
Cool experience, just to be in such a home, was kinda a Time Machine, like living in a Flemish painting. Very clean, surprisingly roomy and comfortable.
would be great to have coffee/tea available in the room. Altho, we could buy it in the restaurant at the ground floor, I was missing this option in the room badly.
