Dreadful dangerous hotel don't go

The location was good. But it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in - ever. We will never be back.

It is dangerous. We were up 2 flights of steep rickety wooden stairs with no fire compartmentation. If there was a fire you have no way of getting out. We asked to move to a lower floor. There were rooms free but they refused. It was also dirty and the towels were smelly. Ive always used Booking.com to book hotels and never had a bad one till now. How on earth it got 3 stars i cant imagine. The staff were rude and unhelpful as well.

Handy stop over

Great off road parking, decent sized room and bathroom, kettle and drink sachets in room as well as a fridge!!!

Had to message and call to get checked in, all locked up. Chap was 5/10mins away

Lovely, quiet, relaxing hotel.

Comfortable hotel in great location. Easy to find. Very friendly staff who could speak excellent English which was a plus for me. Fast book in. Secure free parking. Great room with comfortable bed, excellent shower and good Wi-Fi. Fast check out in the morning. Had dinner in the restaurant which was five star. Would highly recommend eating here. Good continental breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here. Will return.

They the staff made it enjoyable, bringing food and drinks up to the room for us.

The Staff were absolutely amazing, kind caring and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing hot fresh and very tasty. To us the staff can make a difficult situation better, they came out on top.

Because I am partly disabled the stairs were difficult to climb, however I staff member helped us taking our baggage and giving us the information we needed The steps leading into the reception were high and difficult.

more expensive accommodation on my trip, with facilities that didn't quite hit the mark

room was large. bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was varied and of good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

rooms are dated, could do with modernisation - carpets, decoration & furniture were all beyond end of life. there was no hot water both in the evening of my arrival and in the morning. drainage in both sink & bath was slow.

Friendly welcome at my arrival, convenient location for motorized guests.

Lukewarm water for the shower. Dusty and old-fashioned room and common areas. No presence at the reception desk the following morning and no breakfast served at all!

Cute hotel, good price overall. Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable with all the linens and required necessities.

We were disappointed however, when we got in around 20:00 and tried to have dinner at the restaurant on premisses but turned away. We were told it was booked up. We also were not a fan of the hallway lights going out at dark. We couldn't see our way to our rooms.
