Frustrating I couldn’t stay for the one night I booked and still working the refund but once checked in the facility was

Modern and clean. Appreciated the number of shower towels provided and location couldn’t be any better.

The booking process. Not sure how I got overbooked through booking and was completely unable to contact the employee upon arrival. Check in procedures need to be smoothed out.

Noisy rooms

Location was great, decor in the room was nice. Restaurant downstairs had excellent food

View from the room was an internal staircase. Sofa bed had no mattress or padding and was uncomfortable and incredibly small. No door on the bathroom was not great. Lastly, the room was incredibly noisy! Banging music from one of the bars adjacent presumably, going off until the small hours. On top of this you can hear all the plumbing of the building. Luckily we only stayed one night

Was expecting a continental buffet breakfast, but it’s been changed to a breakfast menu, which is way too elaborate; we just fancied toast and coffee, or a pastry. Room was a little bit too dark.

The worst hotel service ever!

The photos

2 hours before arriving at the hotel following a confirmation of booking a week before, I had a message sent here and via email, to let me know my room was no longer available sine the hotel had overbooked. Just an email was provided. No phone call nothing. They didnt even suggest or want to help me find anything else. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this behaviour and service I have never ever experienced. I am sure this is the true nature of staying there. I would avoid at all costs.

Facilities good but that does not matter if you have the worst night in a hotel of all time.

Nice and clean rooms.

The room that we got was next to a nightclub or some party was going on. The soundproofing was so bad that it felt like we were in the party itself. The music carried on until 3am so we did not at all get any sleep. There were no staff to address this with. The pull out bed in the family room was incredibly uncomfortable, even for children.

A convenient location with easy access to restaurants but the noise made it difficult to fully enjoy

Ambience , location is great , its Mordern and comfort.

We stayed in the heart of town, which meant being close to many restaurants. However, the downside was the late-night noise from people drinking and shouting, which was quite disruptive. To make matters worse, a street-cleaning truck started making noise around 5:00 a.m. and went on for quite a while. Unfortunately, this affected the overall comfort of our stay

Publicité mensongère car pt déjeuner inclus dans le prix hors il n’y avait pas de déjeuner !!! Accueil impersonnel qui ne fait déjà pas partie de l’hôtel mais du restaurant à côté !! Pour une chambre de luxe on a déjà connu bcp mieux , Il manquait une Pte table de salon ,un seul peignoir pour deux personnes ! Boîte de mouchoirs, Pas de lait ni de sucre pour deux minuscules tasse de café !! Check out vu personne sauf la porte d’entrée grande ouverte

Déçus!

Belle surprise en arrivant, l'hôtesse nous dit que nous avons été ugrader. Super nouvelle. A notre arrivée, nous trouvons la chambre spacieuse et très jolie. Les équipements sympas.

Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Nous étions dans la chambre près de l'ascenseur et celui-ci bipait chaque fois que quelqu'un montait ou descendait. Nous entendions toutes les personnes qui rentraient dans leur chambre avec le bip des codes pour entrer. Sans parler du bruit assourdissant du chauffage. Une odeur de renfermé sur le linge de lit. Déçue malgré le fait que nous ayons été upgrader...

Mooie en verzorgde kamer, ideaal gelegen voor ons bezoek aan het lichtfestival. Alles voorzien.

Stopcontact voor de koffiemachine zat te ver waardoor deze moeilijk kon worden aangesloten. Handzeep in de douche i.p.v. douchegel.

J’avais fait la réservation et j’ai payé via booking.com pour ma nuitée du 18/11/2025 et j’ai reçu la confirmation et le numéro de la réservation. Quand je suis arrivée à l’hôtel vers 18h30 pour le checkin, la réceptionniste me dit qu’elle est désolée parce qu’elle n’a plus de chambres parce qu’ils ont été en overbooking. C’est la première fois que ça m’arrive et je n’arrive toujours pas à comprendre comment on dit à un client qui a payé avec une réservation confirmée qu’il n’y a pas de chambres. Heureusement que j’ai pu trouver de justesse une chambre dans un autre hôtel. Plus jamais je réserverai dans cet hôtel lors de mes séjours à Mons.

Grâce à la personne qui s'occupe du petit déj, séjour impeccable. J'y retourne les 2 We suivants. Cztte personne se coupe en 4 pour trouver des solutions car au départ c'était mal parti. Elle a fait tout pour répondre aux besoins du client. Client habituel qui revient chaque année

Piepende douchedeur. Lichtje van de spiegel die automatisch terug aansprong als je het afzette. Bij check-in krijg je niet veel uitleg. Op een zaterdagnacht, is er in de buurt blijkbaar een enorm luid danscafé. Dat verstoort de nachtrust.

Lieblos und nachlässig geführtes Hotel

Das Hotelgebäude von Aussen.

Das Personal war sichtlich uninteressiert. Das Zimmer (die teuere Variante) hatte nur ein kleines Fenster, in Kombination mit dem wirklich schlechten Lichtkonzept wirkte es sehr dunkel, egal wieviel Lampen an waren. Die Tür war nicht isoliert, so dass man die Flurgeräusche hörte und vor allem den Fahrstuhl. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, bei offenem Fenster kam Bratengeruch von der Straße bis tief in der Nacht hinein. Insgesamt ein liebloses, mttelmäßiges Hotel, das nachlässig gebaut und geführt wird und sich hinter Design versteckt.

L’accueil a 20h par un réceptionniste ne parlant qu’anglais et néerlandais ( en Wallonie francophone) La chambre disponible théoriquement à 15 h et non faite à 20h donc impossible d’y rentrer et un délai fou pour joindre un responsable et régler le problème Le sofa pour la 3eme personne : un sommier mais pas de matelas donc impossible d’y dormir pour un adulte! Les parkings indiques par l’hôtel complets ou inaccessibles

Chambre décevante

Nous sommes partis une nuit en famille, pour aller au zoo Pairi Daiza, l'emplacement rien à dire, par contre une salle de bain sans porte, en ayant réservé pour deux adultes et deux enfants c'est pas normal, de plus la télé n'a pas fonctionné, une personne est venue remplacer la télécommande mais ça n'a toujours pas fonctionné, les enfants avaient un genre de clic-clac banquette, où ils ont très mal dormi car c'était dur, Quand on voit le prix de la nuit c'est décevant !

Leuk hotel, maar niet ideaal met kleine kindjes

De kamer was leuk ingericht en de locatie was goed om het centrum te ontdekken. Het personeel was ook vriendelijk. Wij vinden Bergen een leuke stad om te combineren met een bezoek aan Pairi Daiza.

Ondanks dat het hotel prima was en de locatie eigenlijk heel leuk, was het voor ons niet de beste keuze met twee kleine kindjes. De kamer was hiervoor net te klein, er was te weinig opbergruimte en met de hoeveelheid spullen voor onze kindjes was het onhandig dat we niet bij het hotel konden parkeren. Er is een hoge opstap dus dat is met de kinderwagen ook niet heel handig. Er was weinig toilet papier, de handzeep was op en de prullenbakken werden niet geleegd en dat is niet handig met luiers.

Mooi van buiten en op plaatjes, heel vies van binnen.

Locatie is midden in de stad

Ontvangst was in eerste instantie prima, alleen nergens een wifi code te vinden. Geen uitleg over dat de toegangsdeur op slot gaat en je binnen moet komen met je hotelpas. Ik zou geappt worden door de dame die de incheck verzorgde zodat ik haar kon bereiken bij vragen maar nooit een app gekregen. Wij hebben in veel hotels geslapen maar nog nooit in zo'n smerige. Er was simpelweg niet stofgezogen en overal lagen plukken honden haar en balen stof. Geen koffie/thee faciliteit op de kamer, waar we wel op boeken zodat je met slapende baby zelf wat te drinken kan maken en de tv werkte ook niet. De airco stond op 17 graden maar de kamer was bloedheet, deze kregen we ook niet aan de praat. De dame van de receptie gezocht en aangegeven dat de kamer heel smerig is. Andere grote kamers (we reizen met baby) waren niet meer beschikbaar dus gevraagd om een stofzuiger. De dyson was leeg toen we deze kregen en vol na 1 rondje kamer. Bij uitchecken werd niet gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was. Heel bijzonder! Niet alleen de kamer was vies, ook de gangen naar de kamer waar het behang van de muren los liet.

Pas de parking d hôtel. Et pas de place pour se garer. Ca ete compliqué pour trouver une place. L hôtel se teouve dans un quartier vivant juste a côté des bars et nous avons eu de la musique jusqu a 3h du mat. La chambre n est pas insonorisée avec un enfant en bas âge ce n est pas l idéal. Aprzs pour un couple fêtard... c est le grâal. Le petit déjeuner est la carte. Bien copieux mais l attente un peu longue. C est a revoir....
