Homely, clean and comfortable. We only used the hot tub on one night, but that was enjoyable. Plenty of towels. Quiet place.
We knew from booking.com that there was a hot tub and pool table. There wasn't any information as to how we should use them or where they were. We had to look in buildings around to find them. That felt a bit uncomfortable. The one bedroom leads into the next bedroom. We never spoke to the owners or saw who they were. No shops near you have to drive but no problems parking. We used park and ride to get into York. 5 mins drive from the barn.

The property was excellent, very comfortable, they left us bread, butter milk tea coffee and sugar. The property was warm and had every comfort
