Very spacious hotel room(!), very kind and helpful staff, decent breakfast although not super elaborate (but by all means sufficient).

Breakfast, cleanliness of room, staff, location.

Parking was limited to begin with. A tour bus rolled in and occupied one third of the spaces. The owner did show me another space which was difficult to get in to and quite challenging to get out of (backing out blindly into traffic). But all in all it worked.

Doesn't worth its money

The reviews of the hotel are waaay better than the hotel actually is.. It is super average. Everything in the room is quite old, but functioning. When we came - the concierge was loudly watching TV in lobby :/ We didn't pay attention that there is no air conditioner so were almost dying of heat during the night (but it is our fault, of course). Breakfast was ok, cleanliness was ok. It is an ok hotel, for the price of amazing 4-star option.

Outstanding hotel. Genuine interest in taking care of their patrons.

Hotel Isabella is all that we had hoped for on our first visit to Meran. Caroline and Wally made us feel at home. They were very accommodating and made our stay there very pleasant. The room we had was excellent and the hotel location was perfect - just a 10 minute walk to the center of Meran. Parking was in front of the hotel which was very convenient. We very much appreciated the hospitality they provided.

Exceptional

Amazing experience in this familly running hotel . Great location, tastefull breakfeast, very helpful and pleasant people. Room is enough spaced for a couple, enough equiped for few days stay. Parking is possible, walking distance to the spa and centre of the city.

Superb

The hotel is very good located, 10 to 15 minutes walking to the Therme Meran and city center. The neighborhood is safe. The Hotel is old style decor, the bed is comfortable and room and bathroom clean. The breakfast was also good.

The walls are not very well insulated. You can hear people talking in the next room and corridor, but this is to be expected in an old building. We had no trouble sleeping despite that.

Frühstück war super, alles frisch zubereitet, wurde ständig aufgefüllt. Am Nachmittag gab es Kaffee und selbstgebackenen Kuchen - Super, Super ... Zentrale Lage, in wenigen Minuten in der tollen Altstadt.

Keine Mängel alles super, hier kann man nichts besser machen.

Wie nach Hause kommen

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Überall findet man kleine Ecken zum verweilen und um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das gesamte Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist optimal, in ca. 10 Geh-Minuten ist man im Zentrum von Meran. Wir haben unsere 14 Tage hier sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ultra tolles Personal, sehr sehr hilfsbereit!!! Ohne Nachzufragen wurde uns gleich ein Garagenstellplatz für das Motorrad angeboten. Gutes Frühstück, alles sauber, sollten wir wieder nach Meran kommen werden wir versuchen dort ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Danke nochmals für aĺles!

Erg gastvriendelijk, zowel eigenaar als het personeel. Het hotel was super schoon, kamers werden elke dag goed schoongemaakt. Ontbijt was prima. We komen volgend jaar absoluut terug!!!

Ein außergewöhnlicher Empfang bei unserer Ankunft. Geschäftsführerin Mama Wally und ihre Tochter Caroline sind ganz ungewöhnlichen Frauen. Echtes "Frauenpower mit Herz". Zwei Frauen die es lieben ihre Gäste zu verwöhnen und auch mal das ein oder andere Pläuschchen zu halten. Alles war einfach nur Perfekt. Wir werden mit sicherheit wieder bei ihnen buchen bei dem nächten besuch in Merano. Bravo und ein riesiges DANKESCHÖN an Euch beiden. Ganz liebe grüßen an euch beiden aus Frankreich

Alles!! Die Damen waren ausgesprochen sympathisch und freundlich!!! Die Lage ist auch ideal!!

In unserem Zimmer gab es keine Klimaanlage, aber wir haben, auf Grund der Hitze, einen Ventilator bekommen. Beim Frühstück hat mich nur gestört, dass man die Brötchen, ohne selbst wählen zu können, an den Tisch serviert wurden!

Beim nächsten Meranaufenthalt gerne wieder

Zentrale Lage der Unterkunft, in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Meran. Alles sehr einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus, haben das Auto eine Woche nicht bewegt. Sehr freundliches Personal, die Seniorchefin und Tochter sind jederzeit erreichbar und immer im Einsatz.

Ein sehr schönes älteres Hotel

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Alles sehr sauber und schöne Zimmer mit Balkon im älteren Stil. Das Zimmer liegt Richtung Süd/West zu einem Campingplatz und großen Bäumen, somit größtenteils ruhig - allerdings zur Vorderseite direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Eine Terrasse und überdachter Außenbereich (ruhige Lage) mit hoteleigener Bewirtung. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder in der Hotelgarage kostenlos abstellen. Parkplatz direkt im Hotelhof. Die Lage ist optimal, da unweit von der Altstadt (ca. 500m) und dem Thermalbad. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal/Hotelleitung

Da es Mitte Juni heißer wurde, fehlte eine Klimaanlage und es gab leider keinen Kühlschrank.
