Amazing views.

We had an amazing stay here. The studio (room 7) had a large terrace with amazing views of the bay. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. Each room was allocated their own beach chairs, and the water off the shared terrace was warm and clear - wonderful for swimming! It is an easy walk to Kotor, Old Town (about 1 hour and 20 mins). There are beach bars, restaurants, and a grocery store within a few minutes walk. The parking area is large and easy to access. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Bike rentals would be a great addition!

A gem with a wonderful host!

Melina is a wonderful host and the property is amazing! The docks are perfect for swimming and sunbathing all day. Melina made sure we had all the conveniences we needed. Wonderful find :)

A little far away from city center and traffic was bad but perfect for a quaint vacation.

Amazing stay for visit Kotor and relaxing.

Very good Nice appartement on private location with private parking. The host were very friendly and Nice. There is a very relax atmosphere, and you have everything you need. Supermarket and bakkery is close by. And there are cats 😄

Everything was fine. You should take into account that going to Kotor takes 15min by car. In our period there was also a lot of trafic.

A perfect little apartment with the best views

This studio apartment is literally on the beach overlooking the spectacular Kotor Bay. And to make it more perfect, there are free sun umbrellas and sun-beds. It was sublime waking up to these views and watching the sunset. Milena is the perfect host. She is warm and really helpful. We only spent two nights there but I wish we had spent more time in this idyllic location

A Wonderful Hidden Treasure

The area and views are stunning, with a small number of local places to eat and drink and a backdrop of dreams. We were made to feel at home and were looked after from the minute we arrived, including beach towells for our sun beds and suprise deliveries of pastries and coffee whilst we sunbathed on the private beach/veranda. We could not recommend this place highly enough.

Amazing location, sparkling clean, very comfortable, amazingly maintained. The private beach is so cool and beautiful and to wake up to these views was the best thing ever. Maria and her husband are very kind and helpful.

Amazing location with our our own private dock. Snorkelling and swimming excellent. The room was spacious and views from the large balcony superb. Maria was lovely and helpful and welcomed us with beers and cheese plate.

Beautiful and relaxed.

Maria and her mother were lovely and put us up in a bigger room for no extra cost. They were incredibly helpful when it came to printing tickets and gave us good tips for restaurants down the coast. I would also recommend trying the oyster farm just 5 minutes down the road, we had some delicious seafood there. We cooked a couple of meals for ourselves with the provided kitchenware and it all worked fine. The beach is small but pretty; a little swim out gives you a panoramic view of the bay and surrounding mountains which is truly awe inspiring. Overall a wonderful stay - we would love to return.

Superb

We had the most perfect outlook from our room with a balcony. The apartment building is situated in, we felt, the best position in the bay being just outside Kotor town but close to little bars and restaurants we could walk to. Maria was super helpful with recommendations and her Mum made us some delicious treats! Everyone was very friendly.

There was only one thing that wasnt so nice. Aromas coming up the vents/ pipes in the bathroom.

Villa PM (and Kotor Bay) surpassed our expectations by far. It was so idyllic!

We absolutely loved the view and the property. It was all very peaceful and serene. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners were very kind and helpful and even sent us on our way at check-out with delicious homemade food! That was so thoughful. The location was perfect to visit all the towns in the bay. I loved how the boat tour was able to pick us up right out back at the dock. The swimming in the sea right out back was spectacular. I never wanted to leave and I would love to go back and stay here every year!

Echt een prachtige locatie met lief personeel. Heerlijke bedden. Kotor stad en de kabelbaan naar lovcen met de auto prima te bereiken en op korte afstand (misschien ook mogelijk met openbaar vervoer maar dat was voor ons niet nodig). Wij raden het zeker aan.

Çevrenin sessizliği, odanın temizliği ve sunduğu mini mutfak, banyo, balkon gibi özellikleri son derece yeterliydi.Kendi plajı ve şezlongları, güneş şemsiyeleri olması çok güzeldi. Bayan Milena çok konuksever ve kibardı. Otele geldiğimiz akşamüstü ikram ettiği soğuk biralar yol yorgunluğumuza iyi geldi. Gideceğimiz günün sabahı meyve şurubu ve taze kızarmış pişiler ikram etti . Yeniden aynı yerde konaklamayı çok isterim.

Überall waren Katzenhaare oder Katzenkot und es hat nach Katzenpinkel gerochen,der Parkplatz sollte eine Schranke haben war aber nicht da somit war er für die Allgemeinheit und man hatte nur mit viel Glück einen,Wohnung ist sehr abgewohnt und zusammengewürfelt,TV war defekt usw.

Oase mit Meerblick auf die Bucht von Kotor

Die Gastfreundschaft war sehr angenehm. Die Lage, direkt am Wasser mit eigenem Strand ist unglaublich. Liegen, Sonnenschirme und Parkplatz mit Schranke gibt es gratis. Wir konnten leider nur 2 Nächte an diesem schönen Ort verbringen. Die Villa ist absolut empfehlenswert. Danke für alles.
