Perfect for our stay in Seoul. Comfortable room with everything you need.

Happy Garden Guesthouse is located in Myeongdong, which is fantastic! We were walking distance from the center of the neighbourhood and getting in and out of the property was super easy. It is up a hill and there are a lot of stairs, we reached the property by taxi so didn't have to go up the street and staff helped us with our bags up the stairs to our room. The rooftop has a nice view of the city and offers a very calm space to unwind after a day out. The room was spacious enough for 4 of us, and we had a bit too many suitcases! But moving around a bit and just being orderly we were able to stay very comfortably in the room. Colin was great, he was in constant communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Towels were changed every day, which was very welcome. The day of our departure, they made sure to give us a small breakfast bag to have on the go as we were leaving a tad early, this was a very nice gesture. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in Seoul!

As mentioned, the property does have quite some stairs, but they're totally upfront about it and the staff will make sure to help you bring your suitcases up. It was no issue for us.

Very kind host, clean apartment and a perfect location. If we ever go back to Seoul we want to stay here again. We absolutely loved it.

Excellent host! The place is so well located, as long as you like stairs. Everything was perfect though. We got very kind little gifts before we departed. The attention to detail in this place is absolutely incredible. The wet bath is the cleanest and best draining wet bath I’ve ever seen.

It has a very miniature kitchenette with no pots or pans or forks or utensils or any of the sort. The place offers coffee and tea, but no mugs to drink out of besides these paper-thin disposable Dixie cups. There are a lot of stairs! Overall, such a good day, though that those details are so minor.
