The proximity to city centre. It’s just a 4 min walk from the subway, bus stop, city centre. The hosts are very warm, flexible and accomodating. Really clean and comes with all the amenities. The common area is also pretty nice

It was a bright and peaceful place. You had everything you needed. Iron, hair dryer, free cold hot water machine. The owners were nice and hospitable. I could have stayed longer, but they were booked.
The beds were on the hard side- if you are slim -you are likely to feel it. But I was able to sleep - well.

Lovely people and lovely gardens. Thank you for having us ! We could not have find a better place to stay. Close to everything and good food around.
Maybe another pillow would have been nice. The bedsheets are lovely and the hot/cold water dispenser is very handy. The garden space for guests is very nice as well as the laundry racks so the laundry dries up quickly. There are stairs a bit stiff but the host helps you with luggage so no need to worry !
